I was auto signed up to a subscription when i selected the one off purchase option. The product did arrive but i dont like this sort of pushy sales tactic. Wont be using again.

We do offer both a one-off purchase option and a 28-day subscription option, with the one-off purchase option displayed directly beneath the subscription option on our website. It looks like your order was placed using the 28-day subscription option rather than the one-off purchase option.

The product is great but the delivery is not good. I have 2 or 3 days without any of your product to take waiting for the next shipment to arrive. As there are only 28 capsules in each packet and there are 30 or 31 days in each month could you not therefore send them out with enough time to cover the shortfall.

I thought I would mention that all of our products come in packs of 28 capsules, so our subscriptions are actually shipped every 28 days rather than once a calendar month. This is designed to provide a continuous, uninterrupted supply.
Unfortunately though, delays can occasionally happen after your order has been shipped, that are outside of our control, such as unexpected delays with Royal Mail. We completely understand how frustrating this can be when you're relying on your supplements arriving on time.
