I design, create, choose, and carefully hand-assemble each piece in my studio before shipping it worldwide directly from my small studio. My range includes earrings, hoops, ear weights, plugs, necklaces and more. Inspired by nature and mysticism, the designs embrace alternative aesthetics while maintaining a refined, wearable character. Quality control is not delegated—I personally inspect every item before shipping, from closures to finishing details, ensuring that each customer receives a flawless product. No refund after weeks and no reply

I ordered jewelry a few weeks ago. dhl didnt deliver it correctly so the package was stolen/lost. I would get a refund… its been weeks and i havent gotten any refund and i get no replies. Im waiting till tomorrow, before im taking the next step. This is absolutely insane. Why does it take this long? Weeks? Be for real

Thank you for your feedback. I’m very sorry for the inconvenience.

The shipment was sent via DHL Express and unfortunately was stolen out of your post box. I immediately initiated an investigation with DHL; however, response times in such cases are sometimes outside of my control.

As soon as the case was confirmed, I issued a full refund as quickly as possible.

I always aim to resolve issues fairly and as fast as possible, and I continuously work to improve both my processes and communication.

Beautiful necklaces!

I recently ordered their Medieval Gothic Arch Necklace in the gold tone. Shipping from Germany to the U.S. took about two weeks, and the necklace was even more beautiful in person! I was impressed with the quality and the details. The pendant is also a nice size. I’ve already ordered a second one in the silver color. I follow the owner on Instagram, and I enjoy being able to see the jewelry-making process. I recommend shopping here!
