Excellent company, impressive assortment of Porsche parts and 10/10 customer service.

I stopped ordering from their competitors (e.g. Design911), and I now order most of my spare parts from FVD.

Very satisfied, I strongly recommend them !

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I ordered a FVD Level 2 Tuning kit for my 958.1 Cayenne Turbo after speaking with Rhonda. She sent me an invoice and I paid the invoice in full. A few days later I received an email saying the cost went up significantly and I would need to pay an additional $488 or so for the same order!!! I asked her how this was ethical and she advised me their costs went up. As someone who has managed retail stores and currently manage a large Diesel engine manufacturing company, I would never ever go back to my customer after they placed an order and paid in full asking for more money. So I obviously said not a chance. I have checked periodically on their site and that kit that was $1895, went to $2550, then to $3120, back to $2550, and is not back up to $3120!! What kind of operation is this??? To make matters worse they will not return my calls or emails which I have left probably close to a dozen!!! I will be writing many bad reviews on this company anywhere I can find to do so. Also, I am very well connected in the Porsche world along with the car world in general. Please stay away from this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered from them as the price was quite decent, then to find I was stung with £112 worth of import fees! I emailed to ask about it and was told ‘sorry but it’s not our fault’ Perhaps they should have made it clear on their website that there may be import fees so I could buy it somewhere cheaper. Made the item very expensive.

I’ve had 3 cars tuned from FVD and I have to say they are the smoothest and most linear tunes I have ever had. I now have a 992 C2S and currently have had it tuned by 3 Uk tuners.
I intent to drive to Germany and get the professionals “FVD” to tune it in October, just wish they had a partner in the Uk.

Perfect and fast service! I have ordered a wide set of detailed Porsche parts. When sorting out the parts I needed some advice which te sales desk gave me. true Porsche specialists. unfortunately some small rings came in backorder. I needed the parts quickly because my engine is in revision. After contact with the sales desk again, they put urgency on my order and the parts came in as promised on the morning I needed them! Clearly sorted including a nice message and gift in COVID times. Thank you and compliments FVD!
