Very disappointed that was no cooling off period when paid to join their group. Same day of my purchase I decided their group is not suitable for me and decided to leave and get refund. They said that was not possible due to fact this is a digital product. I felt very disappointed that my money was taken and was no way back. Not a good customer service.

We do state the fact that there is no refund for our subscription, and that it can be cancelled anytime. You read that before you made your 60 euros subscription and agreed.
We do not offer refunds, because besides the signals channel, you received full access to our course, our platform, and our additional materials. Those are some digital products that were delivered to you in the same exact day.
Besides that, we do post publicly content from inside the group, youtube videos about it, examples. Those are considered trials and models. If you come from our public channel, it is impossible to not know how our channel looks like.

A Group You Want to Join
I don't usually trade signals but I have received a ton of educational knowledge and experience from just being a part of the free Telegram group. I can say that my trading has gotten a lot better from just being a part of the group and keeping up with all the messages sent to the chat and trade ideas. This is a really beneficial group for anyone looking to grow in their trading or just learning from scratch. Definitely recommend! Andrea and team are the best!
