This is - without a doubt, the best customer service i have ever recived. Im being for real. They sometimes can answear in 20/30 minutes! Thats insane. I have never seen anything like this. Im not a bot, just amazed by what im seeing. I have been using fx replay for about 6 months now, and never had any issues with theirs customer service!

Having used this for two months now, I haven't encountered any issues with the number of sessions I can open, thanks to my Pro subscription. I'm pleased with the features it offers. However, it would have been more convenient if it integrated with multiple brokers. I really appreciate the effort they've put into this, especially the pricing, which is much more affordable than other platforms.

It is better than FTO, but still worse than TradingView. You can do better, add some more advanced features

I really wanted to like FX Replay, but it didn’t stick for me. Yeah, there is clean interface, easy to jump into replay - but that's all., and once you actually start using it, the cracks show

The last time I wrote a review about this firm with their trash service and product was a while ago when everything is so dumb including feature usage and constant lagg with chart not even loading when switching timeframes
Now in 2026 their D@g sh!t service still angers me and annoyed me everytime I do backtesting. Still the same thing constant lagg chart not fully loading chart freeze for like twice in 2 minutes and thats the bottom line right there
Spending literally hundereds of dollars for subscriptions that couldn't even provide a proper service and match the basic need of customer
If your firm continues to do things like this you are going to be soon filled with negative reviews

loads of errors that fx replay has not been doing anything about for a long time, which makes it very difficult to use the platform and makes you no longer want to use it, and examples of errors include: a stuck chart, candles not appearing, problems with entering positions and much more

FX replay is an easy to use and cost effective simulator that can help improve your trading skills. The ability to trade futures & log your trades with different strategies and tags is really helpful.

Being the GUI is similar to Tradingview it makes the learning curve to use small.

Been using FX Replay for 3 months now am loving the tools that they have and how accurate they are in recording the trades ...The data recorded has really helped me commence on my live trading...
However there were small issues like charts lagging when using multiple chart layouts but id guess such issues were persistent when my WIFI speed was slow or when there were internet drops...
There customer service reply in time and are very interactive and i love that

It is full of bugs. Replay, indicators, and just charts load don't work properly. Fix the bugs before you do anything else.

The tool does not fulfill its basic functions. There are constant errors and the website keeps crashing. After I sent a recording and described the issues to support, there has been no response. If I do not receive an answer and a solution to my problem, I will move to a competitor.

The tool features are limited. Basically there is just replay. Charting, analytics, and many other aspects are much worse than competitors have. But I can still say that 4 stars is fair, even if you can't use it as a single tool for many tasks

Very fast response and good support from Patzi, I was having some issues at first but their customer support resolved my issue very quickly.

I had an amazing experience with the Support team. They replied me within 15 minutes on Sunday. I got help with a subscription renewal. Now I can enjoy backtesting even better. Huge shoutout to Basil who helped me with my problem. It really felt good that he was fast and helpful. Feel free to write to them.

Randomly charge your account again after you downgraded to free account, the bill was not even on the recurring date!!

Had a tiny problem with the website so contacted support for a fix. Within 15 minutes Basil answered back very professionally. Generally very helpful and quick response time

First request went unanswered. Second requst was answered within 5 minutes. My account issues were insolved.
