Service is good as long as it works but…

Service is good as long as it works but if it fails good luck getting it back up and running. I called technical support and got a level one technician who could only tell me to disconnect power, then wait for his direction when to turn back on. I was smart enough to do that before I called them. He created a ticket and said someone would call me shortly. Two days later they still had not called. So I called again. They admitted there was a “open ticket” for them to call me. So this level one technician says he will send an email for someone to call me and he hoped I wouldn’t have to wait another two days without a call. I consider this POOR customer service. I believe I will move on to another internet provider.

One of the worse incompetent companies…

One of the worse incompetent companies you can have, multiple outages, no real management, want they money but have terrible service. Outages, attitudes, unreliable and I will be finding a new company because before they switched I had 0 issues now every other day the service is off and u having to wait 8-10 days for a tech to show up

I gave them one star because I had to…

I gave them one star because I had to give them something in order to write a review this company will not take care of his customers there was an accident on a Saturday morning which knocked out My internet which also serves my security system and my work from home system nobody is available on the weekends not even for an emergency. They kept telling me someone would call someone will is going to be out blah blah blah and finally one young man said the hard honest truth is no one's going to help you this weekend do not go with this company do not go with this company do not go with this company. Time to get another service

Dont Do It...

I switched to Fybe a little over 2 months ago. About a month into the service, my internet became irratic. I called, only to realize that customer service is only available during working hours. They have 24 hour Tech support, that didnt answer the phone after several attempts. My internet access came back for a few days but with MULTIPLE crashes that would last for HOURS. I called again and was told that my router needed replacing on a Tuesday. I explained that I needed my service retored asap. The next day.. no call, no tech. I called again and explained that I needed my internet service. Another ticket was submitted that morning but no one showed. On Thursday, a rep calls and says that someone would be coming FRIDAY morning. When asking if it was possible to have someone come sooner, her reply was.. I SAID.. FRIDAY MORNING. I immediately went to the office, paid my bill in full and asked that my service be disconnected the following day. I live less than 5 mins from the office. By the time I got home, my service had been diaconnected. Service is not consistant AT ALL. Customer service is nonexistant !!! Stay as far away as you can from FYBE

No management

I had Roanoke Connect before it switched to Fybe. In November 2023, on the 22nd my bill was due and I paid it that day with a customer service representative. I had to call that representative because Roanoke Connect applied a late charge on my account before the bill was due. The representative took my payment normal, sent communication to management to explain the late charge error. Now December 23 comes my billing comes from Fybe and now with 2 late charges. I call again another representative says they cannot see the statements when it was at Roanoke Connect they only going off what was sent to them. But she sent another email to management and provided me an email address to send the statements I told her I have from Roanoke Connect. Which I did immediately. Nothing in response again. I paid the normal bill as usual on time. Now January 24 they send me a disconnect notification. I called again, asked only for management and got transferred to another representative that said all we can do is send management an email. EMAILS, THEY DONT CARE! Now my child is missing school and has a college interview until I get more reliable internet. This company is a mess! You might say why not pay it, but why would I give them money away for free when sometimes it goes out while I am paying for it. I obviously won't be able to dispute it later and get my money back, they don't talk to anyone. At this point they need to clear my account, restore my service, and not charge me any reconnect fee.

Simple and fast server provider

I wanted to try something new for some new web projects in the USA and booked a VPS (S-4) from Fybe. The setup was very easy and only took a few minutes. I am very satisfied with the performance so far and payment by credit card was also very easy. I can highly recommend Fybe.
