Does not work. Using twice a week for 6 months on dark hair/fair skin. It doesn’t work. Takes too long. Smells like its burning.

Didn’t work at all. Waste of hours of my life.
Takes ages to do larger areas. Very time consuming.
Money back guarantee is so much hassle not worth it, which I assume is what they want.

The $300 laser I ordered flashes every ~2 seconds, however, the manual advertises it should be every 0.35seconds (significant difference when doing larger areas). I emailed and said I would like to see if there is something I am doing wrong that I can change. The response was that when using the cooling function, the flash may be slower (this was also NOT advertised anywhere but I thought, well okay it can’t be perfect). So I tried it without using the cooling function and surprise surprise, still flashes every 2 seconds (so now I don’t even believe that this was true). They also said I could listen to music to pass the time. I said it wasn’t a distraction that I needed, the problem was I didn’t want to sit there THAT long and that the item is clearly faulty - so I asked for a replacement. The response to this was… “… I immediately contacted the product development department. They confirmed with me that the extension from 0.35 to 2 seconds is the latest product optimization to prevent too much skin irritation and to allow customers enough time to move the machine. The frequency of the automatic flash has been reduced for the sake of product optimization. Please rest assured that this is not a product quality issue.
I will also contact the marketing department and ask them to update the advertisement and website information.”
They clearly admitted that this was NOT previously advertised before selling (but also it’s clear they're making this up). Now I’m encroaching on the 90 days refund, and struggling to find any details on their website regarding faulty items. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

I can’t believe I have solved my hair problem with this tool. I wanted to get my hair laser done in a clinic but it’s too expensive for me. I thought I would give this a try since. And I’m glad I did! I first tried using it almost a month ago and my hair hasn’t grown back since. I wish I purchased this sooner! But I’m glad my skin will be ready before summer. It’s very easy to use. Comes with a great package and clear instructions. Recommended!

After my friend bought this and had really good success, I decided to give it a try. I was a bit worried it would hurt, but it was really easy and painless. I am really excited to see results soon!
