I received a very damaged product, its broken, its used, and dirty. It last a lot of time, and they dont answer my emails

Destroyer Product is hands down the best enzyme cleaner I've ever found. I work with animals. This kills litter odours, dog wee o and wet dog. Musty smells. Toilet smells.
Pretty much hsny bacterial smell that needs elimination . Without leaving a masking smell over it. Value for money spray bottles are the best. So glad I found this company!!@ and Australian.

Arrived completely broken. Emailed pictures to two email addresses support & sebastian and received no reply. An expensive piece of broken uselessness.

I am quite disappointed with the service I have received from Fydoo. I purchased the product after watching it on Shark Tank and pre-ordered it, receiving it on January 24. Unfortunately, there were several issues, and it wasn't working properly. They promptly sent me a replacement, and I returned the defective unit.
However, on September 24, the water spray stopped working. After speaking with Sebastian, the owner, they sent me a few spare parts to replace, but even after I replaced them, it still didn't function. In November 24, they asked me to return the unit under warranty, so I had to disconnect it from the water supply and drainage, clean it, let it dry, and pack it up. It took two weeks for them to arrange a courier. After I sent an email expressing my disappointment, they sent me a new unit and collected the old one.
Unfortunately, the new unit arrived missing some parts, and it cannot function without them. I emailed them asking for the missing parts, but I haven't received a response. I followed up with another email, and still, there has been no reply. It has been 10 days since my initial email, and I have been dealing with this issue for four months now. I feel I have no choice but to complain on social media in the hopes that they will respond.

Amazing innovation! I love how the design is so pet friendly and it’s always clean! I never have to keep buying grass on a weekly basis and also, zero cleaning! Love it!

My messy dog loves the dog toilet and it definitely makes my apartment a whole lot cleaner. It's easy to set up, as long as you have a drain. I taught my dog to use it with treats, and after some time and effort, it's definitely worth it.

Where has this been all my life, well at least Bella’s life.
We discovered this coming after watching it on Shark Tank Australia and we were excited to see the amazing creator get support and then couldn’t wait to get Bella’s very own toilet for her birthday.

We ordered the Dog toilet and the accessories whilst holidaying in Europe and set it up just on Tuesday.
Very easy to set up so that was great.
Now all the pets want one!

We are super impressed how quickly she got comfortable with it and after some doggie treats for encouragement she loves her own ‘throne’.

It’s also amazing as I’m not having to clean up after her, and it doesn’t smell.

One of the best inventions ever. I cannot stop recommending this product. I have a small Pomeranian, it took a few goes for him to use Fydoo. No more smelly poos to pick up and don’t forget to mention the flies. It is value for money with it’s unique qualities, currently nothing like this in the market. Perfect for apartments.

I was lucky enough to be given some bottles to try through Dogs NSW membership comp and Im so glad I was introduced to these products.
The customer service was top rate too.
The first products sent were damaged,
Presumably due to rough handling through Aust Post, but without question replacements were sent.

Great communications, fantastic company to deal with.
The products do exactly what is said they will do!

I recently purchased the Fydoo Trio cleaning products & all I can say is well done Fydoo.

I have tried so many products to clean up after my puppy but the products I tried were pretty useless, didn’t do as they said or were chemical based.

Thanks Fydoo, now I’m looking forward to the Self-Cleaning Toilet to be available for sale.

I recently purchased the Fydoo Remover as my dog kept peeing on my carpet.

I tried almost all of the main pee removers but none of the worked.

The Fydoo Remover did the trick, highly recommend.
