Purchased 5 polo shirts and initially…

Purchased 5 polo shirts and initially all appeared good quality. Upon only one wash as per the instructions 3 of the 5 shrank immeasurably and clearly were each of different and poor quality.
To date despite reporting to the company there has been no reply or offer of refund or replacement.
My view therefore is there is much better quality out there for the price and also others that will value your custom and your money much more.
A happy customer is a customer for life but clearly F&H don’t live or breathe by that policy. Shocking quality and service.

I bought a top online

I bought a top online, then a few days later they sent an email saying they refunded my money? No reason as to why. No money refunded and no reply from the email I sent them. Dont think this is a good company to deal with
