Scam fraudulent company

I ordered a coat and this was never sent to me, I emailed several times and had no response. No tracking details or confirmation email was sent to me and I have disputed this transaction with my bank and this company have objected to my dispute. Do not order from here unless you want to lose money and receive no item

Please don’t buy anything from this company! I ordered a jacket for £50. It arrived scrunched up in a plastic bag, it is cheap and nasty and I’m getting zero response when I’m emailing to try and arrange a refund.
Wish I had thought to look on trust pilot before I bought anything from them.

As other reviews here, we placed an order for a winter jacket, what turned up was awful quality. Tried to return the item following their guidance of emailing them first. No reply and now looks like the website is closed.

Complete scam - AVOID.

Avoid at all costs! Placed an order at the beginning of October, never received it, so claimed the money back through my bank and this company has the audacity to try and dispute it knowing full well they are a scam and had no intentions of ever sending anything. Wish I had read the reviews beforehand AVOID AVOID AVOID

I ordered a trench coat from fynelle-boutique.com, and the quality was extremely poor nothing like the photos. I emailed them requesting a refund and never received a reply. Avoid purchasing here and be careful sharing your payment details.

Placed an order for a ladies jumper in early October 2025. Paid in full via Credit Card. Price was market comparable so no reason to expect it was a scam.

Asked for delivery update after 1 week - no reply.
Again asked for an update after 2 weeks - no reply.
Again asked for an update after 3 weeks - no reply.

Reported to my credit card company who are now going to get the money back from this company (who have now closed their website).

What a bunch of scammers. Glad I used my Credit Card and so had automatic consumer right protection.

SCAM- no contact from them and item def didn;t arrive

I ordered 2 x pairs of boots and they haven't turned up, I'm fuming, I contacted them and no response at all, I'm gutted, they need to be shut down and I want my money back, they've robbed me of £74!!!!!

I had ordered two jackets they had not came this is ridiculous the site needs to be shut down !!!

SCAM! Never received the jacket i ordered. And they will not respond to emails. Just send a confrontation of order then nothing else.

Please do not buy from this company. I purchased a jacket, I have not received it and my emails have been ignored. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. A total disgrace and should be closed down.

This is a scam. They just take your money and never send the item. I tried calling their contact number and it was just an automated message. DO NOT BUY from here!

SCAM - shop link pops on google search - looks real and reliable, you place an order, get a confirmation and them silence...Trying to log in, sent you a code to access, you see your order page and nothing else. Tryin to call - Flemish guy pick the phone, when gets is english move to auto message - all in Flemish, so no contact at all. Terrible experience - TOTAL SCAM!

They scammed me order never came, give no tracking number I will take them to court

This company is a SCAM - do not order from them.

They take your money, send you confirmation then you never hear from them again. You do not receive your item and they do not respond to emails.

On their adverts they state 4.5* reviews on Trustpilot but then when you check Trustpilot that is a lie.

If your purchase was below £100 you cannot ever get your money back either, even if you paid by credit card as you are not covered under Section 75. Save your money and look elsewhere
