Where to even start? This company uses a very deceptive ordering system.
At no point during the ordering process do they clearly state that you are signing up for a subscription. You believe you’re making a one-time purchase. Only after the order is placed do you discover it’s a recurring subscription—and once that happens, there is no way to cancel before the next shipment.
I contacted them immediately and made it very clear that I did not want a subscription. Their response was essentially, “Sorry, too bad.” They gave me two options:
Accept one additional shipment after the first order and then cancel, or
Convert the order to a “one-time purchase” and pay full price.
They insist the subscription terms are disclosed during checkout, but they are not made clear or obvious in any honest way.
The so-called 90‑day money-back guarantee is a sham. To qualify, they require weekly progress reports, but they never clearly explain what that means. Do I email them saying, “I got up three times to go to the bathroom”? They also require weekly photos, without explaining photos of what, exactly. This vague and unreasonable process makes it extremely easy for them to say you didn’t comply. All it takes is one “missing” week, and your guarantee is void.
In reality, there is no meaningful 90-day guarantee at all.
They also make a point of saying they are “proudly from Sweden,” but if you dig deeper into their operations, the company appears to be based in Hong Kong, which raises serious transparency concerns.
Overall, this company relies on confusing terms, hidden subscriptions, and impossible refund requirements. I strongly recommend staying away.
