Poor customer service

Called fyre direct to try and get a price match from another company however they wouldn't honor matching the big box store price. Three days after I placed the order for my new wood stove they dropped there price. I tried to call to see if they could do anything for me however they didn't seem to care much about customer service or relations at all. Buyer beware they don't care about you just your money. Would buy from another company every time!

My experience.

Ordered stove on October 21 2025 . Got charged on october 24 . Said estimated delivery date October 29 2025 . Be going back and forth with customer service . If thinking about ordering call and confirm they have your model. I wish I would have . Will update when it gets here .ok update supposedly it shipping this morning at 3am. Talked to trucking company they deliver tomorrow...
Will change review as we go forward. Excited it has shipped they are working to resolve my concerns . It got here Tuesday the 4th November. Small area of paint damage. Contacted about they sent a large spray can straight out . Reflecting back on whole process . I think they are a great company and you wont be disappointed. They will work hard to make sure your completely satisfied. I just happened to order a model that is in high demand. Just be patient and they will deliver
