Terrible customer service and misleading return policy. The website states they provide easy 30 day returns but you actually need to ship it to a random address in China at your own expense in order to return something.

This is my 9th pair from Fytoo for a reason! The quality has always been good, and I think it is the best value for money around! The customer service is exceptional and responsive!

I got the wrong glasses on my first order and then I got in contact with the brand, especially (Summer) and got the right order for free of my original glasses.

The customer team was responsive and supportive when I had questions about my glasses. My order didn’t arrive on time, but they apologized and offered a free case and expedited shipping to my address. I’m still waiting for the glasses to arrive.

Customer service was wonderful! There was an issue (a very small one that was kind of my fault) and they rectified it quickly.

This is my 6 pair of glasses and had trouble with this last pair . Fytoo replaced them and made right .

I have yet to receive my glasses and it has been since March 29th!
Where are my glasses?(sunglasses & regular glasses).

This was my first time ordering from FYTOO. Although I had some initial issues with the shipping delay, their customer service team was excellent and my order arrived. They even sent me another pair of glasses free of charge. I'm extremely satisfied with their service and highly recommend them.

I will never place an order with this company again. I placed an order on March 26, 2026. An email was sent on April 19th because I hadn’t receive my order. After a few emails, I was informed I omitted the City on my original order…oversight on my part. I asked for a refund or a credit so I could get the glasses. I was told they could offer me a 20% or 30% discount to replace my order because the order was returned and discarded. I refused. Then I was offered to pay $8.95 shipping cost if I gave them a 5 star review. I refused again. I asked what about the money I paid to get the glasses? They don’t offer refunds or credits. I contacted PayPal and was told any issues with FYTOO must be addressed with FYTOO.

I think the frame variety is great! The frames feel high quality too. For the price you can’t make prescription glasses more attainable.

First Time Buying glasses online!
The process was fast and easy. I was glad that FYTOO was one of the few online glasses business that could work with my prescription. They had so many customizable option in terms of lenses, anti-scratch and colors. All the add-ons where very affordable compared to going to a in person location. Usually when I get my glasses in person it would cost $300-$400 which is crazy prices. With FYTOO they costed me around $90 with all the add-on included. The quality was really good as well! The wait time was around 2 weeks. Definitely buying again.

I recommend that you get your glasses from fytoo the prices quality and customer service is excellent.
