Love the product. Professional and creative.

I am extremely happy and satisfied with the glasses I have purchased. The frames are beautiful, sturdy and of very good quality. The lenses are perfect. My lenses are progressive and with FYTOO (lenses), there is no “adjustment period”, I just put them on and keep going. I highly recommend FYTOO glasses.
Also, I need to mention that FYTOO’s Customer Service is the best I have interacted with, in quite some time.
Besides having the best quality products and Customer Service, FYTOO respects and care about their customers.

First of all- FYTOO has one of the greatest selection of eyeglasses on the internet. Period. Just one stellar frame after another is offered consequently making it rather difficult to whittle my favorites list down to an orderable number. Their site is well laid out, user friendly and fun to peruse.
Customer service. Seems like there can be a detail here and there that can seem to always need extra attention. Therefore I am in touch with their support staff quite often. Now these are some DETAIL-ORIENTED kind of people who knows how to dot all the i's and always crosses all their t's! Fair is the name of their game. Fair to their own company to keep their interests alive and then Fair to their loyal customers who continually support their business-- like myself!

Terrible service. I bought a pair of glasses and paid for expedited delivery, but I’ve been waiting for over a month. They have completely scammed me. Liars.

I’ve been a loyal Fytoocustomer for a while and have always been happy with my glasses in the past. This recent order of six pairs was a bit of a challenge, as it took over a month to arrive and two of the pairs weren't quite the right fit or style for me. However, Kelly in customer service has been incredibly helpful in turning things around. She is offering two replacement pairs for the ones that didn't work out to ensure I’m 100% satisfied. I really appreciate her support and the fact that Fytoo stands by their products. I’ll definitely continue ordering from them!

Just ordered my third glasses from them and have recommended them to everyone I know.
I've worn glasses my entire life and these are right up there in quality and prescription accuracy with anything from eyemasters, lenscrafters, warby parker, etc, but for 1/4 of the price.

They have an amazing variety of cool, comfortable, colorful eyeglasses. Customer service answers fast, the shipping and delivery times are as expected when you place your order and you can gind great discount codes for you orders as well!

Nice quality frames. The tinted option is crappy to non existent.

The first pair I ordered arrived but the prescription was not correct. I was about to chalk it up to a bad decision but Fytoo made it right and sent a replacement pair. I am very happy with my glasses now.

I ordered a pair of glasses, but unfortunately, I had trouble seeing far distances with them. I emailed customer support to flag the problem, and they were very helpful. They promised to send me a new replacement pair for just the cost of shipping. I can’t give 5 stars since the first pair wasn't right, but the service since then has been excellent. 4/5 stars for the great support!
