I instructed Graham and Sibbald to carry out my Home Report as I was aware of their reputation as local experts. The surveyor Mikey Gill went above and beyond to ensure the survey could take place quickly and the report was completed within 24 hours of the inspection. An excellent service from start to finish.

Highly recommend!
Graham & Sibbald made the process of getting a home report done exceedingly easy. The 2 gentlemen that came to complete it were polite, friendly and professional and the whole thing was carried out, written and completed in a matter of days. Communication from the firm was also excellent and they were always on hand to answer any questions I had - even helping me out with finding the EPC for the new property I was buying. Would highly recommend!

I can highly recommend Graham and Sibbald and Craig who conducted the survey of my home. Craig was professional, friendly and reassuring. Arriving promptly, initially explaining the process of what he would be doing and then taking the time to explain his findings afterwards. This made a potentially overwhelming or stressful process much more straightforward. His report was emailed to me the next morning and he also called to talk me through it and answer any questions I had. Thank you again!

Home Report visit
The surveyors Sean and Catrin were excellent.
Having not sold a house in over 20years this was all new to us.
Sean clearly explained on arrival how long they would be what they were going to do. Catrin explained what she was doing and why.
They were respectful in our home and once finished clearly explained next steps and timescales.
