I couldn't get passed their website issues
My rating would be lower if the customer support wasn't so great.
The website's questions aren't always clear and there is no help function. For example, the questionnaire askd for departure date; is that the date I'm leaving the visa country? I played it safe and entered the date I needed to receive the visa before leaving the USA a month early.
Uploading pictures from my android phone requires a file type to be typed in. Documented nowhere is the fact that only two types are allowed: other and passport. I suspect the questionnaire was intended to have a pulldown menu that allowed me to chose "passport" or "other".
The form requires a issue and expiry data for my passport photo before I can proceed to the next page. Why? What date should I enter?
Cookies are not individually managed so I couldn't decline having my data sold.
I finally dugout my PC and the website worked better under windows.
