Delivery was a bit delayed but they threw in a free hat which was nice to go with the jacket, the puffer jacket itself keeps you very warm and is nice overall.
I will be purchasing again in the future as I feel this brand is very underrated.

Wont accept returns or refunds for faulty items
I purchased a coat for my son, 2 days later the badly stitched seam came loose. They wouldn’t let me return or exchange it - said they would reimburse me if I got it repaired. Ended up having to claim on my credit card, It’s social media savvy, cleverly branded item but ultimately just cheap Chinese imports with branded embellishments operating out of their bedroom, AVOID!

I was supposed to get compensated because in the website it looked like the jackets were already in stock with 3-7 business days delivery. The item wasnt in stock so i received my jacket more than a month later and i expected an item as compensation like a beanie but i did not get compensated. The jacket is top notch and money worth tho, if you like to wear oversize, order one size bigger than your average. Support answered me often too.
