I strongly recommend avoiding any dealings with Fawzi Gabour or this mortgage company. I submitted all required documents for a home mortgage back in November, and now, at the end of March, I still have not received any meaningful update. Throughout this entire period, my calls and text messages have gone unanswered, and no explanation has been provided for the lack of communication or progress.

In my experience, this level of unresponsiveness and delay is completely unacceptable, especially for something as important as a mortgage application. I’m sharing this so others can be aware of what they might encounter before choosing to work with this individual or organization.
