I had given two but sadly I can only give one star for the unreliable and unsatisfactory experience that continued after the first review. But that is probably too generous. I had been a recent but regular customer until my very expensive US$1000 + order was wrongly despatched. Inexplicably, the store tells me it kept no record of where or to whom and lacks any means of finding out. Lucky recipient. I received no information until eventually in desperation I telephoned. It was the last one of the type in the shop. Three weeks in, and apparently we were still awaiting the kindness and honesty of the mysterious recipient. You couldn't make it up. Finally, with no information that was not extracted from them, I received my money back.
Since then the store has refused to compensate me for the losses in bank charges and currency conversion costs incurred in paying the money back (after 4 weeks), losses caused solely by their negligent shipping error. I regret to say it is much too big a risk to buy from this store if you are an international customer.
