This comany should be shut down i ordered a football top and it was not same meterile and not the uk size i wanted so I sent it back to were they said in December and it got to the depo because tracked it and they says we still dont have it and want give me my money back and I keep emailing and get 0 back rip off scam

Absolutely should be stopped…

Absolutely should be stopped from.selling. My order has not turned up a long time after the time i was told.
I've tried contacting them.but no response and after reading these reviews im not holding out much hope

Absolute Scam

Was drawn to competitively priced rugby shirts and ordered two. I had an email confirmation straight away but nothing since. I checked the order progress via PayPal only to discover that I supposedly took delivery of two pairs of safety boots! This site is a massive scam. I have reported the site to Google.

SCAM COMPANY

SCAM COMPANY! Do not buy!
Stoke City top ordered and paid for (£34.99) on the 10th January 2026. It has been 6 weeks and I have received nothing. Emailed customer services and didn’t receive a reply. Next time I’ll check trust pilot first!

Don’t buy anything

Too good to be true, It's a SCAM!

When I first used this website in early December 2025, I could find no reviews either positive or negative. I did uncover that they have the correct web authentication and certification, but also only recently incorporated, I decided to proceed with my purchase, impressed with their supposed value. Big mistake!

I have not received the goods, nor any attempt at a refund or even a credit to use at a later date.

This website is a scam, doo not give them your money.

Order not felivered

I ordered a rugby shirt and was told 2 to 7 day delivery. The company was called Cakoo.co.uk So far and after sending emails nothing. No rugby shirt and no communication but obviously money has been taken. They shouldn't be allowed to trade. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered item

Ordered item, delivery was expected in reasonable time scale however it has been over this time scale significantly and has still not been delivered. Contact form and two emails sent to chase this up but I have had no response or update.

SCAMMERS

I am writing further to a complaint I sent on 24/01/26 previously regarding my purchase.

To date, I have not received the item nor any satisfactory communication from your company. Based on the lack of response and the volume of concerning customer reviews, I am now formally requesting a full refund with immediate effect.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no option but to escalate it further. This will include reporting the matter to the relevant authorities and seeking legal advice. I am also prepared to attend your registered business address with law enforcement if necessary.

Please consider this message as a final opportunity to either:
• Dispatch my item immediately with valid tracking details, or
• Refund the full amount paid back to my original payment method.

I expect written confirmation within 48 hours of receipt of this message

Awful website. People who run it hang your heads in shame, no tracking on parcels, promised arrival within 5 business days been well over a week now still no word. £35 down
