Gadget don’t waste time & money
This is a bogus company keep off
I paid £1200 for a MacBook with next day delivery
I paid in full no MacBook after four days
When I called all polite answer gave me the wrong parcel number then saying system error
When asked when the laptop will arrive they said they are working with the vendor
All seemed like fraud .. so keep away from this company. Finally I managed to get a refund after chasing and chasing and chasing.. you need reputable company not this one … run away …

After reviewing the order, we can see that the MacBook was purchased on the 14th at 2:45pm. The order was cancelled on the 17th at 11:59am and a full refund was processed.
Unfortunately, this situation occurred due to an inventory error within our system. The stock was showing as available at the time of purchase; however, when our vendor attempted to allocate the item, it could not be physically located. As soon as this was confirmed, the order was cancelled and refunded.
We sincerely apologise for the incorrect parcel information provided during your call — this was the result of a system issue while the team was investigating the stock discrepancy. We completely understand how this would have caused concern, and we regret the inconvenience caused.
Please be assured that this was not intentional in any way, and we are continuously working to improve our inventory controls to prevent this from happening again.
