Easy to send, quick to reply and the money was in my account next day. I was impressed.

Free next day collection via Royal mail, no printer required as label provided.
Kept informed via text message regarding delivery and when Gadget Recycle received package.
Turn around time was approximately 48 hours.

Communication poor and turnaround time very slow, not same day payment as advertised.
Very hard to get hold off, they don’t answer the phone, but when I finally did get hold of them they looked into the order right away and paid the quoted price within the hour. Their quoted price was far better than all the other companies.

Sent my iPad mini a few days ago, I have wiped the device now. But their phones just ring, no email confirmation, my iPad was collected and I’ve heard nothing from them. No idea what is going on and they are not reachable.

I sold my iPad Air to these people. It is/was in good condition and I was quoted a decent price. Sent the item to them using the ‘free’ Royal Mail label their system provided. Sent it Saturday and got paid Tuesday. Overall this was a great service. I previously tried to sell the item privately and all I encountered was a load of time wasters. So I wish I’d just used these guys in the first place.

Great service from start to finish. Parcel was collected by Royal Mail on time. Receipt was acknowledged by Gadget Recycle the following day and payment received the day after that. All good 👍

Fantastic. Used the QR code option for shipping. Delivered to them by royal mail within 48 hours, and payment was same-day as promised. Sold my old Iphone 12 for £117 which is an absolute BARGAIN. 5 stars from me.

Really easy and straightforward process. I was given a good quote for an old IPad and Iphone. Clear instructions were provided on how to package and send. I then received agreed payment into my account within a few hours of being delivered. I'd definitely use Gadget Recycle again.

Sent my iphone 14 plus on the 2nd and i still havent been updated or received any payment have tried to contact them with no luck
