Dropped off this morning to Vince and was done within the allotted time and work was done professionally and to a high standard so 10/10 full matks

I entrusted Gadget Doctors with my two Technics turntables for repairs, and it has been an absolute nightmare since. Not only did they fail to return my turntables, but they also refused to refund my money.

The owner seems to have an excuse for everything, never taking accountability for the service—or lack thereof—that they've provided. I've tried multiple channels to recover my turntables and money but have faced evasion at every turn.

At this point, they owe me a significant amount of money and my precious turntables are still nowhere to be seen. I feel deceived and frustrated. I would strongly recommend avoiding this shop at all costs if you value your gadgets and your money.

Awful awful awful. This guy is all nice when he wants your money but then treats you like garbage afterwards. He does not deserve to be where he is. He’s a joke do not waste your time. I went to get my ipod touch 5th gen repaired but they said they "cant do it" my mum took her macbook which was broken but they broke it even more. AVOID IT

finally got my deck back after 5 weeks, customer service shocking and can never get hold of them.
NEVER EVER USE THEM!!!

Contacted this business for Turntable Service, after 8 weeks turntable was returned, it was not serviced, and when I made a dispute with Paypal, was threatened by business owners, in the end Paypal refused my claim for Service, when I refused to return my turntable to them again.

Rubbish business, finally found a business to service my turntable for a reasonable price.

Rubbish customer service, AVOID,AVOID, at all cost.

I have used this company on several occasions over the last two years because I could drop off and collect the items from the nearby city (Bristol) for ipad and computer screen repairs as the first repair was good with friendly service. However, subsequent repairs have taken a long time with the company buying substandard screens from their suppliers and having to wait for them to be returned and replaced. The last mini ipad repair took six weeks due to a substandard repair and having to wait for replacement screens. The owner gave me a few hours notice to collect the ipad and when I said this was not possible, he made and cancelled several collection times over several days as he was too busy. When I asked him after the third cancellation when I could collect it, I was told that he would contact me when he knew when he'd be available and to stop being unrealistic about the real world! After several failed attempts to obtain an alternative collection date, I contacted trading standards and following their advice, served a legal notice of intent to start court proceedings to recover the ipad. The owner became very angry and banned me from using his company and told me he had sent it on Tuesday by courier using a 24 hours tracking service so I would receive it the following day. When it didn't arrive on Wednesday, I called him and he became even angrier and told me he had sent it and to leave him alone as he was working. The ipad arrived on Thursday (still with a substandard screen and loose at one of the corners) and the tracking showed it had been sent only after the angry phone call and not before, as I had been assured was the case. He then said he was giving me a three month warranty for it but I have found a better online company which has fixed the faulty repair by gadgetdoctors as I'd rather pay than use this company for free.
