Calum has fixed many devices that I've had with devices. He is excellent at what he does and couldn't be nicer. He explains things very well, even helping my mum understand!

Once again, Calum has exceeded expectations. He sorted out a bug in my music programme. Pretty important when you make radio shows! It’s not often you get good old-fashioned customer service as good as this combined with an informed and intelligent understanding of up to date technology. I will use this business again!

Had a very sorry state of a screen on my iPad Pro having dropped it on a tiled floor. I went to gadget hero and was given a fair estimate of time and cost to repair. I was informed along the way when the work was started and when it was complete. Very professional, no nonsense experience for me and would recommend without hesitation. Fantastic job done

A happy "Silver Surfer"
I came across Callum and Gadget Hero almost by accident as I was having ever increasing problems with my laptop and smart phone.
The laptop was about 15 years old and it very quickly became apparent it needed replacement which was replaced speedily and efficiently including transferring essential data from old to new.
My phone was was suffering from midlife lag and was sorted in quick time, cost effectively.
I have no hesitation in recommending anyone with a wide range of Gadget problems to this service and I look forward using their services again not in the near future.

Dropped and broke my iphone 11 screen (again!).
Took it to Gadget Hero B/F where Ian replaced the screen and protector within 2 hours. Great and efficient service (again!). Ian is a real gadget hero!

I rarely write reviews but feel this is an easy one. Calum (technician) was very professional and kept in contact until my parts became available for the repair. Costs were reasonable for the job completed and feel comfortable enough to recommend GadgetHero to others going forward.

Brilliant experience. Callum was really helpful upon initial enquiry about repair androgen I went back, was able to take the phone for repair and give me a time to collect that day. Great service and very reasonable prices and a lovely shop.

I had broken the screen on my phone, on my sister in-laws recommendation I went into Gadget Hero and Callum in the Broughty Ferry branch was very helpful.

I've placed my order and received it with no problems. The phone case is beautiful and even better than I expected. The only negative thing was the time for delivery. Were 14 days counting on the order confirmation date. I've contacted them by email and the customer service was good and has promptly replied. On their web, we can see the estimate delivery time, but honest I didn't expect to take that long for an item to arrive in UK, but fair enough. I've got my item and I'm happy. Thanks Gadget Hero.
