We have reported to their webhost, trading standards, the National Cyber Security Centre and ReportFraud.Police - PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

Three weeks in and the layout still confuses me sometimes, but the team got back quickly when I asked for help about the features.

Delayed delivery but still not arrived so requested refund and no response to emails since phone number does not exist. Going through credit card to try to get refund.

I tried to order a boiler but the order form eventually said payment failed. I tried again and again payment failed so I emailed them . They eventually got back and said both transactions had gone through so I asked them to cancel one which they said they did and it would take 5 working days. From that point , no emails were answered and the phone just went dead after one ring. I had no refund after nearly 2 weeks so I raised a dispute with barclaycard. The order that I left live, the tracking number that they gave stopped working after 3 weeks with still no goods. Another dispute raised. This is a scam company, do not place any orders with them

Ordered a combi boiler on 1st July. Cancelled on 2nd July due to delivery date given. Payment was still taken from my card and was told a refund would be given within 5 days. Still waiting and no reply to my last 3 emails. Now taking action with my card company. Not happy.

My garden shed is now properly powered for all my tools and equipment, and I can already tell this was absolutely the right choice for what I needed. The whole thing just works like it should, no faffing about with complicated instructions or anything.

If I could give it a zero I would. The address is fake. No delivery of goods. The card payment is tracked to London. Reported to police and bank. Would advise anyone NOT to use this company

Terrible service sent them emails messages they don’t answer. Don’t purchase from them. You probably won’t get your product.

Order boiler did not arrive telephone number did not work asked to cancel order over email got instant response stating cancelled and refund processed and allow 5 days its been 2 weeks and numerous emails and nothing please dont order its not good

Bought an item and there was a long timeframe which wasn’t made clear.

Cancelled the order on the same day, had an email saying refund would take up to 5 working days.

It’s been over 3 weeks now. Multiple emails, not a single reply so currently I’ve been robbed of over £500.

Complete scam. They don’t sell anything. I’ve lost nearly £300! Avoid at all costs.

Absolute SCAM this WEBSITE is ordered on the 13th June said it was being delivered 14th july, then the 20th july 2026 said due to high demand it was delayed offered a 20% refund i never received and have been ignoring my emails as you cannot ring the number they provide its dead!!! Absolute sham im so so annoyed as a mother with young children desperate for a boiler they took the mick STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS dont give them your hard earned money fuming!!!

Unfortunately I cant give zero stars or even minus cause this company are an absolute disgrace and an outright scam, ordered a generator for £417 i needed it reasonably fast so cause their advert said postage would take 3-5 days it was perfect, so after I placed the order I received an email from them to say postage would be 10-14 days so emailed back to say this wasn't suitable and I would like a refund, they emailed back to say refund had been issued and would be back in my account within 5 days, 2 weeks later still no refund and not even replying to emails, please please please stay clear of these shisters

Another scam site phone number doesn’t exist looks the same as K-engi site that is also a scam

I was suspicious when I saw the item I needed at less than half the price of anywhere else online. No product description, no price with / without VAT was also a bit iffy. Tried to call, number not in use. Soooo glad I checked here. I'd agree with the other reviews, this looks like a scam.

I ordered 1 fridge that turned into 2...They took my payment and i tried to get it stopped as the phone number was obsolete and couldnt get in touch Via email...No confirmation of email after payment etc..Do not buy owt as its a Scam!!!...Be aware people ...Scam
