iPad broke after 5 months, had to send it back for repair after days and day passed we kept going round in circles, it's still not sorted! So frustrating. I would avoid this seller.

Gadgetsxpress scam rip off
II ordered a refurbished iMac M3 from Gadgets Xpress via Amazon. It arrived one day late, and when I finally opened the box, the promised Apple lightning cables, color-matched mouse, and keyboard were nowhere to be found—despite the ad stating they were included. Instead, I received a £30 USB keyboard that didn’t even work (no cable), and a cheap generic mouse.
Multiple attempts to contact the seller went nowhere. Calls were answered at what appears to be a personal number, not a business line, and when I finally reached someone at their premises, they claimed no knowledge of the issue.
I’ve raised the issue with Amazon under “item not as described,” but no resolution yet. This experience has completely shattered my confidence in Gadgets Xpress. If you value genuine accessories, timely delivery, and clear communication, do not buy from this seller.
