Poor experience. They quoted me x amount for my phone that was in great condition and after reaching out to them numerous times after the promised payout date, they came back saying it was in poor condition and would only offer me half of the initial quote. They came back and offered even less to my friend with an equally as good device.

It’s a scam. Don’t call for the fake advertising. Guaranteed to beat anyone’s price. Offered me $496 for a mint iPhone X. When they got it they said it was “locked”. What the heck? The phone was erased and reset to factory default so how is it “locked”? Promise you one price and then make up some fake excuse to lowball you once they have your item. Scam!!

Found them through sellcell.com GREAT SERVICE!!!! Will be back for sure!

Gadgyt.com finally started responding via mail. They lowballed on the price just like other reviews mentioned. Finally I gave up and agreed for a lower price. My woes did not stop here, it has been over a week now since they mentioned they are sending the payment.I have not received any payment yet and they stopped responding.

Sold my iPhone X on Gadgyt.com . I have had terrible experience until now. They received the phone on 26th September as per USPS tracking. Been trying to reach them via chat system/message without any response. The support number mentioned does not work either. It has been 5 days now without any updates or communication.

..within a few days than expected gadgyt reviewed my phone and the website confirmed my payment for more than the other websites... Lou Bezares was finally able call back and apologized, apparently due to the large influx of phones from September they were overwhelmed. He also responded to my email to confirm the offer payment.

do not do business with Gadgyt. They quoted one price, I sent in my phone and got an email stating they are giving me a much lower price. They refuse to send me back my old phone and no one is getting back to me. I am told to email a Lou Bezares but no responses.....
