I ordered the slitor pendant and they sent me the ear rings which I didn't order and don't want. They don't reply to any emails. When I ordered I got no confirmation email. Gaelic clan can I have what I ordered and paid for please.and again I state I never got a confirmation email. If I had of gotten one I would have emailed your mistake straight away. I got no offer to return the ear rings so that I could get what I originally wanted. Awful customer care.

On the same day you placed your order, you submitted a contact form to us stating: "Hi I ordered earrings earlier today." When you received your dispatch notification on 5 May listing the Sliotar Earrings, you replied saying you had ordered "the chain not the earrings."
We did reply to your emails and shared your full order details. The item dispatched matches the item ordered.

Brilliant gift for my goddaughter
Bought the county pendant for my goddaughter's 18th. She's mad into the Gaelic and I wanted something that meant a bit more than a voucher.

For the price I was genuinely surprised by the quality. Came in a nice box too so I didn't have to wrap it. Delighted with it.

My necklace arrived and it is beautiful and very good quality. Gaelic Clan have reached out to apologise about the lack of communication. I have to take some of the blame as I completed my email address incorrectly. 100% satisfied.
I put an order in last week and whilst I understand it is early days, I have not had a confirmation email. I have sent numerous emails asking for confirmation that my order has been received or is going to be fulfilled… I have also messaged on instagram with no answer. I am very disappointed as this is for a birthday present next week. I feel raising a card dispute may be the only way forward now as I’ve had no reply. It’s just complete silence as if the company does not exist, surely you can do better than this.

Lovely quality jewellery
Ordered a Palestine pendant and received it within 2 weeks. Had emailed customer service after 1 week as I didn't receive a tracking number but they didn't reply. I was a little skeptical about the legitimacy of this company as their social media presence is a bit dead. But the pendant is good quality and I'm happy with it. Gaelic clann - keep on top of your social media and maybe let people know how much you've actually been able to raise with your Palestine pendants!! I'd recommend this company 👌

I ordered the Palestine Pendant as a small way to show support and I was honestly blown away by how nice it is in person. The engraving is crisp, the chain feels solid and it came in a nice gift box. I ordered from this company and paid for priority processing, got confirmation email and an email to say it was being prepared and then nothing. I did receive my order however about 3 weeks after I ordered it but within this time I sent countless emails to customer support along with filling out the online request form and nobody ever got back to me, I was so close to reporting this site as fraudulent. On the plus side though the bracelets I ordered are beautiful and im really happy with them 😍
