Great guys but minor system flaw.
The guys at the warehouse were very friendly and courteous!
My only complaint is that the online system stated "In Progress" when the item was in stock and ready for pickup several days ago.
If there was better sync between the online system and the actual order status, I would not have to check up on every order by phone. (I bet the guys would love less of these kinds of phone calls too.)

AFter placing an order last wednesday, and expecting delivery friday, it never arrived. so i called and was told, that it would be delivered on Monday instead, due to cancellations. However , today is Monday, and waited all day and it never arrived. So i am very upset, since i paid in advance for an order i still never received.

I like the ease of ordering online and delivery to my door, as well as the selection of products. I didn't receive one of my items, and I was overcharged on shipping and handling, but after an email I was refunded for both.
