So because I won

So because I won, and over $2000, they decided to forever ban my account because to them I’m a high risk of legal and regulatory issues. I didn’t do ANYTHING WRONG at all!!! I bought my coins and I played fair and square. I’m currently seeking legal advice.

Update: In response to Gains.com’s reply to my review, it took them about 10 mins after I tried to redeem to close my account. Never taken lightly huh? Whatever greedy, trash people.

We understand how disappointing it is to lose access to an account, especially after playing fairly. Please note that account closures are not tied to whether a player wins or loses. We are required to conduct ongoing compliance reviews, and in some cases, accounts may be restricted or closed if they present elevated regulatory or legal risk.

These decisions are never taken lightly, but as a U.S.-based sweepstakes operator we must prioritize strict compliance to continue operating fairly and legally.

I’m giving you guys a 0.5 star rating…

I’m giving you guys a 0.5 star rating for 3 reasons
1. Failed to recognize I won this off a 25 dollar deposit and it wasn’t daily bonus………..

2. You guys failed to even successfully send me 100 dollars from what you chose to allow me

3. Customer service is shawty and manipulative using your rules to trick and device customers

4. Trash over all

I am writing to report a significant…

I am writing to report a significant discrepancy experienced during a live roulette game on your platform, specifically with Evolution Gaming's live roulette wheel. I lost hundreds of dollars due to the wheel landing on one number while displaying a different outcome. I possess video evidence of this incident and expect a full refund, as this constitutes a scam

‼️No Gains Here‼️

I signed up a few weeks ago and began collecting my daily free SC and started playing a little. I’m a pretty avid sweeps player so I just added it to my list. First of all, the 1 free daily SC is nice, some places give you .20 and others give you a little more or a little less. They have quite a few games from providers that I love to play. Yesterday I collected my daily sc and hit decent. I continued to play until I reached 600 SC and decided to submit a redemption. Unfortunately, for me, in their Sweeps Rules 6.9 it clearly states: "Sweeps Coins obtained solely through the Daily Bonus are subject to a maximum redemption value of US$100 in total cumulative winnings per Participant."
You have reached the $100 cap for this category. Any amount above the cap is not eligible for redemption.
• We will process up to the 100 SC allowed under §6.9 and debit any portion above this limit.
• We have canceled your pending redemption. Please submit a new redemption for 100 SC
• Daily Claim has been disabled on your account until further notice.
• Full details are available in Rules §6.9.

I should have read through it better so that’s my fault but because of this they have removed my ability to collect the daily coins. Also, when I submitted my second redemption for the amount they stated I could redeem($100) it was denied. I was told the processor for Master Card was down. So… I was told to try Visa, which I did… Denied. No reason given. Being the stubborn girl I am, I re submitted via crypto…. Denied. Once again, no explanation. I finally reached out to customer support and the AI generated response stated to try again.. And, so I did. Two hours later I received my $98. ($2 fee to process). No, it wasn’t the $600 I originally redeemed, but hey it was free and it was fun. However, nothing about redeeming was fun or free…. It cost me time and stressed me out because of all the nightmare stories I’ve heard. I wanted to find out for myself, and I did. My advise would be to avoid this Sweeps Casino. There are so many more out there but if you’re a curious person like me and decide to try it out, read read and read again all of their Terms and Conditions and Sweeps Rules. They have caps on redemptions and certain packages you purchase will prohibit large(r) redemptions. You have to ask yourself… is it really free to play there?? The answer is no. Case and point I am now restricted from collecting my daily coins for who knows how long because they didn’t specify. This is their way of saying, hey, if you wanna play, you gotta pay.. There is always AMOE(Alternate Method of Entry) but after this review I’m sure my account will be closed. I know this is a long review but I really want people who play and want to spend their hard working money, to know what we’re dealing with here. I will continue to play where you can redeem fully with no caps at other places because man doesn’t that feel good? It doesn’t happen all the time or even a lot of the time but when it does, it sure makes me want to play at those places way more. Good Luck to all my fellow Sweeps Players. 🍀🎰. PS. I’m in a group of over 1000 people who (daily) play, write slot reviews, and live these Sweeps Casino’s. You can bet not one of us will be playing at Gains going forward.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review. You’re correct that our Sweepstakes Rules place a $100 cap on cumulative winnings from Daily Bonus SC. This ensures fairness and keeps the Daily Bonus sustainable for all players.

To clarify: accounts are only restricted from future Daily Bonus claims if they rely solely on that method of play. This is a business decision designed to prevent abuse and keep the promotion available for recreational use. Players can still participate through AMOE entries, Gold Coin purchases (which come with bonus SC), and other free opportunities on the platform.

While we understand the experience wasn’t perfect, we’re glad your eligible redemption was processed and appreciate your feedback—it helps us improve both our communication and redemption process.

Sketchy Place

Got banned as soon as I went to redeem almost $1,000. Their terms and conditions say you can't have two people sign up from the same device. They verified both our accounts and had no problem letting me buy sweepcoins.. thing is I really liked the place until they pulled this.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. To clarify, our policy is one account per person and per device. This means two people in the same household can each have an account, but they cannot both play or redeem from the same device. This rule exists to prevent abuse and to keep the platform fair for everyone.

In your case, our system flagged activity that showed multiple accounts were accessed from the same device. While we allow verified players to purchase Gold Coins and participate, violations of the one-account-per-device rule can lead to closure at redemption stage, since that’s where fairness and compliance are most critical.

We understand it can be disappointing, especially if you enjoyed playing here, but these protections are in place to ensure legitimate players are never disadvantaged.

Very disappointed

I'm very unsatisfied with this casino, I won and I redeemed to a certain crypto address and they took it upon themselves to send it USDC my debit card account doesn't support USDC and sent it to blockchain and I don't know anything about all that.. I've been talking to customer support for over 24 hours to get help, so after a day I said forget it and now my winnings is just sitting on blockchain..they basically said F me and they not or can't do anything else for me... I closed my account with them. My feelings is so hurt. Why have something as a option to claim winnings and change it to something else..

We’re sorry for your experience, but it’s important to clarify: all crypto redemptions on Gains.com are fulfilled in USD Coin (USDC). On the redemption screen, there is also a clear disclaimer that funds sent to PayPal or Venmo wallets will be lost permanently, since those platforms don’t support USDC.

In this case, the redemption was submitted to a Solana address on PayPal/Venmo, which unfortunately cannot accept USDC. That’s why the funds are inaccessible — not because we withheld them.

We always encourage players to carefully review the redemption instructions and use a supported wallet or exchange. Our support team is available at support@gains.com to provide guidance on setting up a proper wallet so issues like this don’t happen again.

Truly Sucks

This was my favorite site I loved everything about it. I referred over 200 people and was loving this place but they banned me today for a small mistake that I honestly had no clue was a issue I've never been banned from any other site ( i helped my grandma sign up because she isn't very tech savvy and I used my own device to do so and then just logged into it on her device afterwards) they won't even respond so that I can explain and maybe sort this out . I really don't want all the time and effort I put into the site to be wasted it was mutually beneficial... Why would I risk my own account purposefully when I actually had something to lose .

We truly appreciate how much you enjoyed the platform and the effort you put into referring friends and family. That said, our Terms require one account per person and per device. Even helping a family member create an account from your own device can trigger our fraud-prevention systems, as this makes it appear like multiple accounts are being operated by the same person.

We understand you may not have intended to break the rules, but for fairness and compliance, we have to enforce them consistently across all users. That’s why your account was closed.

We do regret that this experience has left you frustrated, but these safeguards are in place to protect the integrity of the platform and ensure all redemptions remain fair and legitimate for everyone.

BEWARE!!!

BEWARE READ ENTIRE POST!

I love the game selection and had a great time playing. I won 6,400 last night and my verification was approved. I paid 128.00 for instant payout to my bank debit card and it isn't instant and still says under review. Im new to their site as I wanted to try a site I hadn't used before, so I am a little worried about receiving my payout. I will update when I know more.

Update: Finally spoke with support and got the extra documents submitted and redemption is now pending. I assume waiting on the bank to process things now.

Okay, at midnight it's now Sept 12 2025 the 5000 dollars was finally deposited into my bank account. Tried twice using their instant transfer to my debit card, but was unsuccessful. I don't know if it was because the amount was so large or what, but the bank ach transfer took not quite 2 days which they quoted 5 days. All in all I am extremely grateful and happy to have won big. The redemption limit is 5000 per day and the other 1400 I played back, but had fun.

UPDATE BEWARE!
Over the past month after receiving my banking and debit card information because I had to give them those documents to redeem what I won they stole money from my account. A little over a thousand dollars was charged by gamergains to my debit card connected to my account. They denied it although I have the proof and disputed the charges with my bank. After denying they did they banned my account. I asked for them to close my account because there's no way to delete your card info. If you use it once they lock onto it. Charge after charge. They banned my account and implied I had broken the rules. Not worth it. If you win they will try stealing it back and will succeed until you notice what's happening. If you want proof find me on Facebook by name and I'll show you my banking statement. Had to cancel cards and close and reopen my bank account.

I’ve really enjoyed using Gains.com

I’ve really enjoyed using Gains.com. I deposited $5 and cashed out $100 which is the minimum and still left me some to play with. The site is super simple, everything feels secure, and my transactions went through smoothly. What I loved most is the support—they actually listen and take the time to help, and are quick to respond. It’s rare to find a company that nails both the product and the service, but Gains.com pulls it off. Five stars from me, and I’ve already told friends to check it out!

CAUTION!!THESE GUYS LITERALLY STOLE 2,000 from me and then Blocked all communication!! Please read.

Edit 1/7/25 4 MONTHS LATER!!... Gains still has not paid me my 1450$ redemption or refunded me the 500$ I spent that night to win it.. THERE comment below is to try and save face and is completely full of misinformation. The email I sent to them when they required a source of funds to process this redmention...made me frustrated and I dropped a couple curse words. Nothing Threating AT ALL. Nothing that would merit such actions to occur without a warning even. I drop a couple curse words.....why ...because u say u need a "source of funds"... 2 weeks previous when I became fully verified I had sent you my TAX RETURNS , selfie holding is, id front and back, my chime checking acct statement as well as my electric bill. YOU HAVE everything and more that you could ever need for verification plus my tax returns proved my source of funds anyway!!! So that's why I responded frustrated and couldn't believe you said you needed more...and because I say a couple curse words you CLOSE MY ACCOUNT ....CANCEL MY 1450$ REDEMPTION....AS WELL AS REFUSE TO PAY BACK THE 500$ I SPENT THAT NIGHT TO WIN THAT. SO YOU STOLE 2000$. Also to clarify American based Social Sweepstakes operators are NOT required at all to ask that question it only applies to operations outside of U.S.A and only for money laundering purposes. Not to mention how ridiculous that question is to begin with. You already have my tax returns proving my employment and you just had paid me a large amount of money my first redemption..which u even acknowledged...so what do you mean what is my source of funds. It was a altogether disgusting and deceptive business practice that you used to having to avoid paying me my legit winnings and stealing the money I spent in the process. So keep telling those lies but people see right through it and Karma is a ...you know what. I will continue to pursue this at all cost until I am at least refunded my 500 I spent that night. Just filed my report to the BBB as well as a document, accepted and verified Police report as well.

ATTENTION: CAUTION — GAINS engaged in outright fraudulent behavior. Yes, they paid my first redemption of $10,000 (which gave me false confidence in them), but when I won again they turned crooked. On August 31, 2025, after I requested a $1,450 redemption, they demanded duplicate verification documents I had already submitted and approved just two weeks earlier—plus a bogus “Source of Funds” request that no U.S.-based sweepstakes operator is legally required to ask. When I rightfully responded back in a email in which I expressed a frustrated "TONE" (without threats or abuse, just a few frustrated curse words-that mostly stemmed from dealing with my mother's dementia earlier that day), they immediately closed my account, confiscated the $1,450 redemption, and seized my balance with zero warning- NOTHING that I said deserved or even came close to warranting such measures by them!! Especially without so much as a verbal warning first. It is the most appaluing sleazy and disgusting action I have ever seen from a business and they should be ashamed to say they were made in America . Also, not only are they not required to ask source of funds,( only typically required if at all by off shore sweeps sites, due to money laundering issues, in which this does not apply) but the fact that they had just fully approved my identity less then 2 weeks ago when I sent them my Front and back of id, kyc selfie liveliness check, sent a copy of my bank statement and utility bill and even send them last year's fully completed tax return!!!! I sent everything short of my birth Certificate and they then paid me $10,000. And now after sending all that they are requiring my Bank statement and utility bill....AGAIN.....PLUS, then they're asking my source of funds... like are you kidding me, I just won 10k from you. I fully believe this was a deliberate excuse and cop out for them as a way of citing some bogus violated terms I violated as a means to dodge paying out legitimate winnings. It's fine though because they are going to pay. Justice will be reached I have contacted multiple law firms reported them to the BBB, Filed against them through my attorney general, filed a report at the FTC, going to be issuing chargebacks for my purchases and also contacted the game provider that I won on letting them know of the issue as well. They must not be allowed to get away with this as this undermines the whole basis of the sweepstakes model in general. In real online or in person casinos when you win money, you win. Period. They are not able to confiscate winnings because they didn't like the tone of your email. Lol . Such a disgrace that I have to even deal with this.

We want to clarify a few important points for readers. This user’s initial redemption of $10,000 was fully processed and paid. We pay out legitimate wins every day, and that includes large redemptions.

For the subsequent redemption request, our Sweepstakes Rules require enhanced verification for cumulative winnings over $5,000. This may include requests for updated documents and lawful source of funds information to comply with AML and KYC requirements that apply to all sweepstakes operators. These requests are not “bogus,” but standard compliance obligations.

Additionally, our Terms and Conditions prohibit abusive or threatening communication toward our staff. When a user engages in such conduct, their account may be closed and pending redemptions canceled.

We understand frustration, especially when dealing with sensitive personal circumstances, but compliance and respectful communication are requirements for all players. Our policies are in place to protect the integrity of the platform and to ensure we can continue honoring legitimate redemptions for everyone.

Poor Support, Poor Communication...Bad Company. Avoid

Absolutely does not surprise me to see such poor reviews. Support fails in their duty and the site is a joke.

Setting aside the fact they make you play through twice (or more), I profited. When attempting to withdraw, they asked for more than the standard verification for Sweeps. They have no secure portal and expected uploads via unsecure email. I complied and sent screenshots of what they asked, redacting sensitive and irrelevant information (like my entire CC showing vs the last 4).

Support told me they won't accept screenshots and made zero mention of the redactions. I once again sent PDFs and redacted the extra information that was not part of their request. Support responded that my redactions (which again, had nothing to do with their ask) meant my withdrawal was denied AND they were immediately closing the account.

I am, without a shadow of doubt, certain if I had lost money they would not have done that. Insane way to run a business, and signals they are in a weak position. Ypu pay the price for that eventually. Support is a joke and communicates poorly, which is obvious from all these reviews.

These are bad, bad signs for a company trying to launch out of Beta. 1 star is too many. Take your business elsewhere, they don't deserve it here

We are required to complete enhanced verification for redemptions over certain thresholds. This may include official bank or card statements in PDF format. Screenshots and documents with redactions cannot be accepted.

Account closures only occur when users decline or fail to complete mandatory verification — they are not tied to winning or losing outcomes. These rules are in place to protect both players and the integrity of the platform.
