A great experience
The representatives for Cherokee Funding were great. They reviewed my application over the phone and told me what other documents I needed to give them. Afterwards, they called to tell me that I was approved and my money was available for pick up. This was a one day process and my money was available for pick up the same day. This has to be the poorest service I have ever received especially from a 'professional' business. It has been days (Not Hours) and I still don't have my funds. Some of the people I've spoke with have been cynical, eg. "You'll receive your check after 1:30." (After?) when I asked when will I get my cash. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told he would call me as soon as he got off a call..... never received a call. Fees are extremely high. Website is completely misleading. This has been a miserable experience. Do NOT do business with Cherokee Funds!!!!!
