Their customer service is terrible! I have purchased their pro version and as checked it on different currency pairs, the its signals are more than 50% incorrect. I contacted them several times but no answer. I will be asking for a refund.
Update : I contacted them several times and after few days somebody sent me a message and told me if I wanted to have more accurate signals, I should have paid for their "optimization service"!!! if you check their website as a new customer, you definitely can not find any information about such optimization and they just claim that just one time payment would be enough but it is obvious that it is not. So don't you call it a scam?! And also they refused to issue a refund after just one week of purchase date. So I really suggest you to avoid them 100%

GainzAlgo scammed me
One month has passed since I asked for a refund, no response, no replies,I contacted them through out their discord server, their website chat box, sent emails. They have totally ignore me, before I purchased their product they were very responsive. They even promised me they had a refund policy…Unfortunately, things did go as expected, not only their script don't work, they don't reply to you at all when you need assistance from them. I regret that I have wasted almost 100 dollars for their crap.
