I want a full refund immediately!!! NOT ONLY WHAT I RECEIVED WAS NOT TIRZEPATIDE BUT EVEN IF IT WAS, I WAS CHARGED FOR MUCH LESS THAN I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE. IM SUPPOSED TO GET 12.5MG OF TIRZEPATIDE AND WHAT I GOT WAS 11.125 mg OF WHAT THEY SAID WAS A COMPOUND OF Tirzepatide/NAD+/Cyanocobalamin for close to $300 after using a discount. I dont know how this company got the rating that it has but what I ended up paying for was not real tirzepatide. Compared to other higher rating companies ive used before, I have never paid for for fake tirzepatide but thats what happens when you keep looking for cheaper options. You end up buying fake tirzepatide that i dont even know if I'll ever get a refund for.

Price tripled after the first three month and yet I’m seeing way cheaper pricing continually advertised with promises not to raise them. Requested a price match to current offers over a week ago with no response from a human.

Also left a message for a provider over two weeks ago about dosage and have yet to hear back.

Horrible customer service and really feels like a bait and switch with pricing.

Great support weight is melting off

Needed to refill my prescription and replied honestly about my hair loss. That concern resulted in a mandatory consultation which was not helpful (more protein, hydrate more, take vitamins, all things I could google and know). The practitioner didn’t update their notes and release my refill so two weeks later I was stuck using the app to chat someone who wasn’t helpful as there was no way to escalate the issue. Now nearly a month later I’m still waiting and they want me to do another mandatory appointment because I said my first wasn’t helpful. Got called by a scheduler who I told my thoughts too and asked to speak to a manager, gave two times I would be available during my work day for a call and never got a call. They won’t refund me, saying I keep my three paid bills but they also won’t send them…..horrible customer service.
