My product had returned due to a taxing problem in my country. However, they were quick to help and it was sent again to me without any additional cost.

Ordered magnets. They were great when they arrived. One was broken. Reported and was told a replacement would be sent. Chased it after weeks and told it looked like it had got lost. New one sent and after some time arrived. Sending things drom US to UK did take place after Mr Trump started messing around with goods from each country. It did take a while to get sorted but don't think that was all the companies fault.

Although my items were delayed, and after an initial delay in response to my query, thereafter your attention to my order was exemplary. You kept me informed and tracked my order all the way for me. I am very impressed and reassured. The items were delivered to a local courier locker and it was very convenient for me to collect.

Prompt attention to a shipping issue completely saved my experience! Galartsy was dedicated to making it right and I am thankful for their concern. It was refreshing to have a positive experience where it could have easily been a negative one!

I got an immediate replacement for what I thought was a lost cause. I placed an order, recieved my shoes (which I absolutely loved). A week later, the fabric split from the soles. I emailed Galartsy thinking they would just leave it alone and it wouldn't be worth their time to even give a discount on another pair. I sent the email and waited the evening feeling kind of ridiculous for even mentioning the split soles. I woke up to an email from Galartsy assuring me that was not the intended quality and that they've already sent another pair, WITH a tracking number, and a promise to personally oversee its timely delivery. THAT is exactly how you do customer service and there is literally no legitimate reason to shop anywhere else for me and my family. Custom kicks AND support like this is unmatched. Anything below a 5 ☆ review from me would be criminal. Thanks for taking care of me Galartsy!!

I ordered two pairs of sneakers "adam creation" they were both very bad quality after only 40km walk they were ruined when i contact them for a refund or a gesture they asked for the pictures and then nothing since 1 month... Guess the pictures was a good proof and ghosting me the best solution for them...

I placed an order at the end of May and received it in early June. It was a long wait, and I ended up receiving the wrong sneakers. Even though they were beautiful, they weren’t the model I had ordered. I sent an email, and I was honestly surprised by how quickly they followed up, especially since I had seen some negative reviews about the site. However, my experience has been completely different. I’m very satisfied with the follow-up and the quality of the product. Right now, I’m just waiting for my replacement. Honestly, it's totally worth buying from them — they’re highly reliable, and the sneakers I have are amazing. Everyone who sees them gives me great compliments. I’ll definitely keep shopping at Galartsy. It would be awesome if they could feature products with Mexican artwork, since I’m Mexican, but overall, I’m really happy with my purchase.

it all was easy, the size table was helpful .. i was affried that the color would be off, but it was amazing, the update on the shipment also great :)

The sneakers i ordered were great. Really beautiful and comfy. The only reason i didnt give my experience 5 stars is because the shipping proces took to long and understanding the status of my order was really confusing. Your costumer support was helpful but it could be a little bit better. Either way i think i will be shopping again from you.

I ordered 2 sneakers, I asked for them to cancel one of them because I ordered the wrong number, they canceled but never gave my money back... almost 2 months later, 2 social media spams with hundreds of messages, and about 20 emails, I finally found Jessica, the only competent employee on this company, that resolve my problem in 5 days.

The sneakers are beautiful, I'm not sure about the quality yet, but let's see. The costumer support is TERRIBLE!

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes 3 weeks ago. They are yet to ship. I emailed support (who took 3 days to respond) and was told they could rearrange my delivery. This was a week ago and I have yet to hear anything further. Will update this review upon receiving the items.
Update: Shipping issue resolved and shoes received, they look great but feel a little on the cheaper end.

Sizing is all wrong and T shirts misshapen. To return them you have to send them to China at your expense. Avoid this company at all costs.

The Galartsy company makes consistently great T-shirts hoodies and other stuff ( even tea sets). Great for birthday presents for family and for oneself. I can usually get plus size stuff 5XL but some of the pieces are too small for me. They do take quite a while to deliver though…
