The app constantly has me uninstall then reinstall as I get a blank gala screen with no loading and as of this morning I had £30 and at 20p a spin I won next to nothing with my biggest win being £2.10. The consistency of wins is a joke. Don't sign up...and if you do use the bonuses then leave. Its not worth your money.

Played GalaSpins for a few years now, and have deposited a lot of money in and never had an issue till today the 26th november 2022. Spun the boosted daily free spin which stopped on 2x£50 but I didn’t receive my £100 winnings so I contacted them by email, Facebook messenger and Twitter and luckily I had screenshots of my win where the wheel had stopped only to be told that I hadn’t won where the wheel had stopped, how can you argue with a screen recording? Make it make sense!! I’m disgusted I won’t be playing gala anymore I deposited hundreds weekly and this is what happens…. They rob you of your winnings! And gala don’t comment here telling me to message on social media as I have been and got 3 different people replying who refused to pay me my winnings. Only thing I’ll be doing on social media is posting my screenshots and making people aware that you don’t play fair.

Concerning and alarming lack of security. They have allowed multiple accounts to be created using my email address. Yet I have never held an account with them.
First instance they say they located and blocked the account.
The second instance, which happened less than a week later, I wrote to customer services even attaching screenshots. They have denied it has happened, even though the emails confirming account registration is authentic and sent from their accounts
If they can allow this to happen, lord knows what else they can allow to slip through.

App is buggy, doesn't load feature bonus games. Customer service does not acknowledge issues in game when reported even with evidence! Massive scam and waste of Time. I would recommend Tombola/anything else!
Eg.Game play triggered the bonus feature, this did not open, I screenshot the feature not working, I reported it. They keep fobbing me off and not actually listening to the issue I have reported. Trying to say it was not an issue, I am not making it, more than happy to take your money but are terrible at actually helping and managing issues and paying out. (My issue was not payiut but feature bonus game not opening! Even with proof).
Not a single person deals with an issue it is passed between everyone and none deals with it, reads the details or acknowledges the problem being faced by the users.

Got an Email saying because i have not used the account they are treating it as an inactive account and going to charge me £3 a month. Reason i have not deposited is because i am on a casino ban list to stop me gambling. The gambling commission need to look into this company

I won £1.50 on 10 free spins that I accepted from a email they sent me. I used that 1.50 to do some more spins and won £7.50 total.
They would not let me withdraw the money and closed my account. I was told by customer service "I have already won more than I previously deposited"

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I deposited £30 they took £90 from my bank account then closed my casino account. I am now £90 down !!!! How is this even possible that they can take more money than I deposited and not even give me the original £30 that I deposited!!!! I have been waiting to access my free daily’s spins and tournaments win free spins for the last 4 days. Each time I try to access these, all I get is bad gateway error 504. I have complained to there non existent customer service, and shock horror, all they have come back with is there experiencing technical difficulties. This has been for 2 years weeks.

totally disgusted, I've had issues with them a few times and no point in making any complaints or asking for them to help you because they really aren't interested, and having read the reviews here today I'm even more convinced it's time to find another company, last night I was playing and the games crashed the minute I hit a win and when I signed back in the game had forgotten all the history of all the spins id already done and I've found that all games you have to spend a certain amount of money and spin a certain amount of spins before it even starts paying out and looking at my 3 month history and betting only 10-20 pence on any spins at any time I've spent £2351.61 and withdrawn only £910 in 3 months of regular play, studying the games and watching what happens once you win, I can confirm that my 12 month history is stakes £39.810 returns £37,236.26 however this hasn't been withdrawn its an accumulation of wins that have mostly been used to spin again as they weren't big wins as i've never actually won anything big and I can also confirm that

Won a small amount a week ago then made a withdrawal. My account was then closed due to a ‘business decision’ like most people here experienced however I was told my withdrawal had been authorised and could take up to 5 days. Well today is the 7th day and still nothing. Was told earlier on in the week the weekend can cause delays but to be honest just excuses for this sham company. Spoke with them again this morning and yet again excuses after excuses. Now I am being told that I was given the wrong info and I am not eligible for withdrawal. How can you not be eligible to withdraw on a gambling site?! Basically if you don’t deposit often but win a small amount you will get your account closed and not receive the money you fairly won.

I have been a member of Gala casino for many years and gambled by visiting in person, where I believe the payouts on slots are much higher and more frequent than using their online slots, the bonus payouts and general payouts online are without a doubt extremely low even when playing £2 per spin. I have now joined another online site which seems to be more inline with a fair experience both general and bonus payments are much higher.

I cannot got get the rewards from the sister site gala I contacted them and it says it was a business decision but I've don't know what I've done wrong.
