Avoid sister company - The BBQ Experts

Unfortunately its not this particular company it is a sister company to this one, which sells BBQs but they do not have their own review page.

We brought a BBQ the start of 2024 told the lead time was 8 weeks and waited at least 5 months to get the BBQ, but still missing two other parts for it which we have only now received everything for it this month Feb 2026, and the. last part of it quality is not good. told the company has no money yet still taken deposits for BBQs from other customers, please steer clear of buying anything in the BBQ range as you will be very disappointed and be waiting a very long time.
