Magica (formerly Galaxy.ai) Reviews 

Magica is great and is doing all the heavy lifting and teaching me a lot about creating content, and has even saved me money from actually getting a coach. However, creating videos with Magica consumes a lot of credits and sometimes suggests unnecessary changes that require additional credits, finds mistakes and asks for more credits and tries to upsell you on the spot or/and forfit the project after spending hours on the project. This is frustrating, and customers will find another platform with fewer issues very soon

I was using the paid version of ChatGPT when I stumbled across Galaxy.ai (now Magica). Getting access to a ton of different tools was great, especially since the cost was less than what I was paying for ChatGPT. My primary use is chats and image creation, so the monthly credit allocation is much higher than I need right now, but recently I've started using the video creation tools, which obviously takes more credits. Time will tell if the monthly credits are enough, but for now I'm very happy. The mobile version of the platform is extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate. You can jump to a specific tool, revisit your image creation library, or check out pre-made prompts. I know I haven't even touched 1/10th of what the platform has to offer, but I'm very happy with it after 16 months of using it. One tip I will say is that using the "improve prompt" part of the image creation tool has been incredible. It gets SO much closer than when I just type in a prompt, even if my prompt is detailed. It knows how to improve upon your notes because it knows what the image creation models need to do their job.

I love Magica. This app has helped you do so many things with videos, images, and voice audio. With the right prompts, creating videos is a breeze with Magica, from the image creation to turning those images into engaging videos. Amazing platform...

This is my second truspilot review. I tried submitting my first review regarding glitches and lack of customer service response, but the method required to submit proof of trustpilot review was not working. Shocker.
Literal garbage since Magica took over. Do not waste your money. Glitchy experience.
And the new free credits? You have to submit proof through the support system. But - the support system submission is not working. Want to tell them that customer support is not working? You can't. The support is not working. Oblivious and untested? Yes. Worth it? NO.

All AI models in one place. This is amazing! This app gets better and better. Always updating with new features and AI ability. My go to at the moment.

Fraudulent website. Demands your personal information, promising to be useful, then after you've provided your personal information, it refuses to do anything without a $400 payment up front. Very deceptive and deceitful. I expect the website can't even do what it claims to do because it won't even show me one example of what it does.

Amazing APP. I am a creator on YouTube and Magica is the best app for my creation process, I use it for VoiceOver, images, video footage made with AI, best AI platform ever. Also the credit system its amazing, you can make a lot with what you get

I've been using Magica ( formerly Galaxy.ai ) for quite a few months already. As a person that loves AI and try new things almost every day, sometimes just for fun, sometimes to create valuable content, I have to say that this is the best app I have ever used. I tried other ones as well, spending a lot of money on different tools with different subscription when actually on Magica for €12 / month you have all the tools you could imagine. From image generating, videos, music, prompts, to pro chats, resume making or lip-syncing. Everything you could imagine, all in one place. I would give it 10 stars if it was possible !

I've been using AI commercially for about 2 years, and have been with Magica for 18 months. Originally I signed up to be able to try lots of models - the chat arena lets you ask up to 4 LLM the same question, so you can see differences in output quality. More recently I have been taking advantage of the workflows you can build with Magica, which you can then automate and "plug in" to your projects, sending jobs to Magica from your AI via their API. It is really easy to create complicated workflows with top tier models from different providers. At £15/month, you won't find better value for money.

Access to all different AI platforms has been a Godsend. I was able to switch my Claude chat to Magica and didn't have to worry about the time limits and upgrades. It has helped me continue working on my business without interruption. Also, I love the templates for whatever experience imagined; whether it's science fiction, space, cartoons, a superhero, or technology, Magica does it all.

I've been using Magica.com for a couple of weeks, and so far, it's relatively good. I'm not that happy that it says it does everything like SUPERCOOL THE DUD claims they do, because they draw the line at anything even mildly ADULT-related. The price can't be beat, though. 15 bucks a month for Pro, and you get all they have, or $399 one-time, and you have it for life. Not bad! You can easily create 10-second videos for your website in as little as 5 minutes if you give the right parameters in the beginning. I'm keeping my subscription to create non-adult-themed influencers and videos.

One stop shop for all things AI. I have tried many many AI engines and different engines for different purposes but since I started using Magica (formerly Galaxy.ai) I only need to go to one place for developing my ideas / generating images / storing projects and building/evolving them. Editing images with text prompts is more accurate here than dedicated AI art engines I use.

My first few months attempting to use this app, I was not impressed. The platform was confusing and not very user friendly. That was when it was Galaxy.ai . Wow what an upgrade, a game changer, and now we are cooking. The new Magica.com is a whole different animal. The layout is cleaner almost like a utility website for everything ai. I am a satisfied user.

I absolutely love all the tools I have access to with Magica! I am able to make beautiful photos, video, and social media content with ease. Magica makes marketing for my business a breeze!

I've been using this site for quite a while now In the beginning I only used it to generate silly videso, but now I have really leaned into fully using the site. I have not even begun to scratch the surface of what I can do with it. I actually cancled some of my other AI sites because magica is doing most of the heavy lifting I need. Its only $15.00 a month, I am really thinking about getting the lifetime service

Magica (formerly Galaxy AI) is my go to AI tool! I primarily use it for image generation for my business, but it has tools for video editing, writing, content creation, music generation, etc. I love that I have access to 5,000+ tools with just 1 subscription and it has enabled me to try many AI tools without needing to sign up for another subscription. I would definitely recommend Magica!

I got this app in hopes of it doing what I wanted it to do like make video of quality, which it does. Make images which it does perfectly. But the credit system sucks. Low credit use is only for images. If you make a video your credits dissappear fast. As a lifetime membership-per I should be on a no credit base generator. I went above and beyond. This new system there on when changing names is hard to figure out. Making videos now have no sound. I originally gave it five stars but now it's three because of the credit system.
