Still very impressed....Indeed!!

I now have a second pair of eyepatch and so i ordered a pair of Polarised lenses for them.i compared these galaxy lenses to genuine Oakley lenses in my Holbrooks and I prefer the Galaxy. I wear them all day when needed and find the Galaxy more comfortable and just as able to deal with glare and reflective glare. Very clear with no distortion to vision.These are very good indeed.prompt delivery and good packaging.easy install. All good from me. Excellent value and Excellent product.

GALAXYLENSE

Ordered replacement nosepiece and earsocks for Oakley M Frame. These never arrived. Emailed numerous times with no response whatsoever. My advice - DON'T USE GALAXYLENSE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. Save yourself the hassle and use a legitimate dealer.

Oakley Rubber Kits and lenses

If you're buying a nose bridge coupler for Oakley X-Squared, this is not the product. They send something that resembles the lens gasket, but it does not serve the function of a replacement coupler.

The gasket itself is also not accurate for the Oakley X-Squared and when slightly tightened will pop out much around the edges.

Also bought a rubber kit for my Fast Jacket. The replacement ear socks and nose pieces aren't a clear fit, but will do the job.

The lenses are so-so and may not correct for distortion.

The rest of the items seem legit but of low quality. But if you just want something to hold it together for a short period of time, then it's ok. Otherwise, the cutting and fit seems a bit sus. If you want, get LineGear or one of the more reputable brands.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
I ordered a replacement set of lenses for my Oakley racing jacket and never received them.
Ordered 15/05/23 and still hadn’t received them by 20/06/23 so sent them an email. I didn’t get any kind of explanation, just a tracking number response which showed and still shows “Shipment is being prepared”.
I have emailed them numerous times since but I haven’t received any reply.
Stay away from Galaxy lense, you’ll get no customer support from Kenny at all.

Well at least i received MY order

Well at least i received MY order. replacement M-frame lens, nose pads and ear socks. I received 2 nose pads - one wasn't even close to working and the other doesn't snap into both tabs on the lens. So naturally the glasses won't sit straight on my face. sent an e-mail, sent another e-mail. several days apart (adequate time for customer service to reply?) NOTHING. tried calling the phone number and after the third time, this guy told me to stop calling, he wasn't Galaxylense. I wish I knew about this site before ordering. i guess I'll just stick with Revant, a little more, but good customer service.

I ordered 3 pairs of lenses and frame…

I ordered 3 pairs of lenses and frame items. The lenses do not fit in the frames. I wrote and did receive a message to send photos and id info on the frames. Never heard back and all of my emails(the only way to communicate) never received an answer. I am out $40+ and no care from the company. Stay away.

Recently ordered two pairs of…

Recently ordered two pairs of replacement lenses for my Oakley Flak 2.0's. During the process I accidentally ordered replacement lenses for Flakjackets. I emailed them per their request. Response I got was you ordered wrong lenses. No option for refund or we'll assist you in swapping them out. It's gets better as I've called numerous times to speak with someone and they refer you too email for better customer service. They aren't replying to either VM, calls or emails???? I'm basically out $32 plus the aggrevation. Stay Away from these Orlando Clowns!!!!!

So, I ordered replacement lenses for my Oakleys...

I place an order for replacement lenses for my Oakleys in April 2022 and received it about 2 weeks later. Tried to fit it onto the frame, but was unable. It could not fit. Compared to the original Oakley lens, the replacement Galaxylenses is slightly wider (left-to-right) by a few millimeters. Also, the cut-out for the nose pads is lower.

Contacted them and they asked me to verify the SKU number of the glasses to see if I ordered correctly. I confirmed I ordered the right model replacement and provided a photo of the frame with the SKU Number.

That was on 23 April 22. I have not heard anything from them since, despite writing to them four more times. No explanation, no apologies, no reason, no solution, nothing.

Very bad experience. Definitely will never recommend Galaxylenses.

They sent me absolutely the wrong merchandise, for glasses I don't even own and when I called and left voicemails I gotten no reply. When I emailed I've gotten no reply!! I'm out fifty bucks have lense that don't go to the glasses I ordered them for, and I'm Still out the fifty bucks.

Good value alternative to genuine…

Ordered two pair of polarised replacements for my eyepatch 1.
A Blue pair and a black pair.
They came before expected date and fit perfectly.
Prior to fitting I did the laser pointer test to see if the point of aim was deflected,and also tested the lens to check polarisation effects, both were on focus.installed the black pair which fit perfectly and viewed bright sun reflection from smooth wet flooring surface and they reduced the glare as well as my genuine Oakley polarised. Vision is clear, albeit a little more tinted than Oakley and colour seems very slightly less vivid, but similar to my none polarised Raybans. Overall I am happy and great value for money.there is nothing not to like.i would score them 9.5 out of ten.because the prizm lenses are just a little more vivid,to me.

NEVER DELIVER ANY PRODUCTS, REFUSES REQUEST FOR REFUND

First order in Mar'21, after 3 mths of waiting and chasing for an update, they finally agree item is lost in mail. They agree to re-send in July'21. They use back the same courier to ship the products. Another 3 months of waiting and chasing, items is still not delivered. Despite showing the tracking report that product is not delivered, they just went complete dead silent.. My advice is think twice before buying from them. Irresponsible seller

I ordered some lenses for my oakleys .got wrong ones .i had forgot bout them in my drawer .not 60 days yet .i contacted Galaxy lense a person named ken just Ken, emailed me about a month ago to kindly send them back for a refund or exchange .and to let him know when i sent them i did everything he wrote in email .im still waiting for my lenses .have sent 2 emails after that no lenses and no response . customer service 🤷
