Yes, the same happened to me, iv sent numerous emails, and no response, and now I see there site is down, just a scam, iv been on to the bank and they said I have to request a refund wait 2 weeks and if no response there fraud department will get onto it, Iv ordered one from amazon which I should have done from the start, at least there reliable,

We have also been scammed along with my friend
We are unable to access website for tracking parcel says the system is down
Number does not work
No response from email
Please if this has happend to you report it to action fraud please
The more people report the more things can be done about it

I also ordered a scooter from this company early October, I have phoned (number doest work) emailed (no reply), I wish I had read these reviews 1st.

Awful we are struggling we bought a scooter for our son told we would get it in 3 days two weeks on nothing

Do not order from these I ordered at the beginning of October says my scooter has been delivered click track order and it says it was delivered 21st September obviously not!

Same for me with Galaxy Scooters. I ordered 2 for my boys. Then when they’d not arrived, came online and started reading these reviews. My bank (Santander) have been great and I’ll get my money back but I’m more disappointed that I do not have the birthday gifts I’d so tirelessly trawled the Internet for, reading reviews & looking for the best deal.

I feel like an idiot to be honest cos I’m quite savvy generally. But hey ho, you live and learn I guess!

Exactly the same happened to us. The money was taken out of our account. Tried to phone and obviously number out of order. We emailed them and no answer! Spoke to our bank but have to wait 15 days. They said if enough people are experiencing the same then the company will be blacklisted and found. Please anyone else with the same experience put your review on this to stop these fraudsters pocketing our well earned money now!!!

Bought this scooter and it never arrived. Steer well away from this company. Email doesn't work and number is invalid. Call your bank and say it was a scam. They can try to refund you

Unfortunately I am the same... no replies to emails or the phone number is invalid! There doesn't seem to be a business at all! You know what they say if it seems to good to be true it probably is!!!

I ordered & paid for a scooter on 15th October. The scooter hasn’t arrived, my emails have not been responded to & the telephone number on the website does not work. When looking at the website in more detail, it has spelling mistakes & the links to social media platforms don’t work properly, I wished I’d have done more research before getting scammed.

Bought a scooter off this aswell ordered it on the 9th and have not got any reply either and phone number dont work i worder how this is still goin on this day and age website looked ligit in all ring yer bank and they will sort it hopefully #scumbags

We ordered a xiaomi electric scooter from them at the beginning of October. Only a confirmation email sent to us so far. Asked for updates regards our order with no luck only an auto reply email. Almost 2 weeks now. We are really hope we did not order anything from them...

I purchased a scooter from here on the 15th of October, I've received a text message saying they are received my order I have emailed them to ask how long it would take to be dispatched but got no reply and the contact number dosnet work has anyone else had this happen to them and has anyone received there order thankyou
