These people are a bunch of crooks. Will not exchange shirt or give a refund. DO NOT FALL INTO THIS TRAP. TAKE YOUR MONEY AND FLUSH IT DOWN THE COMMODE. THAT IS WHAT YOU WILL GET FROM THIS COMPANY< JUST A BIG SUCKING SOUND.

These guys are terrible and that’s the best thing I can say about them. Over 3 months. They took my money $112.. Never recieved anything. They will not answer their phone. All you can get from them every once in a while is they are sorry for the inconvenience. Now they say my order number doesn’t exist. But they where glad to charge my credit card. I can’t make the font big enough to say all the bad things about this company. Other than its a scam.

Galaxy Teez aka NebulaTeez, if you see these names RUN! They are fraud. I wish I saw these reviews before I purchased. Sadly, I fell victim. I made an order online and it’s been 2 months and still no item received. They said 5-7days, item will ship, what a joke and it’s not even funny. Tried to communicate through their PayPal account to settle a dispute, but no replies. In fact, they will not reply. Their website even says, “do not send emails to any other email (like paypal email).”

DON'T BUY ANYTHING!!! The it website says buy with confidence... NOT TRUE!!!

I foolishly purchased four pairs of shoes that are far too narrow to fit!!! They also run short. So even if i went up in size, the width is for an extremely narrow foot. I have regular width, and I have never in the past with any shoes, had them fit too narrow.

Their quality is extremely poor as well, cheap, flimsy, and not made for more than a few wearings. They are extremely overpriced, even at a sale price. They are certainly eye catching on their adds, but photo shopped, I must conclude.

If I could give zero stars I would.

They claim their policy, clearly stated on the website is only a 50% refund for fit or quality, which it does NOT say.

They also do not offer any chance to review purchases on their website. This leads me to the obvious conclusion that those reviews are fabricated.

Don't trust these S.OB.s they've also changed their name to nebulateez

Don't by from this company. First the products are cheap. Didn't get all my order. I will never place an order from these guys again. And I recommend for others to do the same. Fraud company.

Absolutely useless. T shirts arrive with the correctly sized label e.g. XL but when you check the T shirt against the sizing chart because it looks smaller it will be. My XL shirt was in fact a small shirt.
Customer service do not reply or even try to rectify mistakes so striving for 100% customer satisfaction as claimed on their website is nonesense. Don't buy from them as you will probably lose your money on something that doesn't fit.

This is an update to the above.
I heard back from customer service saying I should have checked the size chart as these T shirts run smaller. I explained that I did check and that is why I order an XL shirt body length 71cm. What arrived had a 64cm body length (small according to chart) with XL label attached. I sent a photo with a metre rule laid on the shirt to prove it and they still insist that they are correct. They are totally unconcerned about the crap they sell or about customer satisfaction. Total con.

I ordered 2 tee shirts for my husband and son. This was on June 22. I got a notice that it was being processed with an order number. I contacted them today to cancel my order and reimburse my credit card company since they were not able to provide them in an acceptable time limit. They emailed me back and said that their entire site was hacked and that I should contact this false company for a refund. All my emails were to this company no other. I'm contacting my credit card company to place a fraud alert for this company. Sherril Tokarski

I ordered 3 shirts back in November 2016, After 36 emails back and forth they still haven't corrected my order and reshipped the correct sizes. All I get is a stupid reply with information that does not answer the question of my last email. STAY AWAY FORM THIS COMPANY !!!!!!

I ordered the 90's collage (nickelodeon/cartoon network) t-shirt a while back. Unfortunately there was some issues with the shipping, however their customer service was great. They replied quickly and kept me updated every step of the way until my package arrived so I won't take a star off for that mistake haha.

The product itself is very nice, super soft and comfortable and fits great (order up a size or two!! I got a large and it's snug but fits well and I'm 175lbs and 5'10" for reference) and everyone who has seen the shirt loves it, the nostalgia is great haha.

I would recommend this site, it's decently priced and good quality. Just remember it has to ship from China (via airmail) so it may take a while for you to get it! Order ahead of time if you plan to get this as a gift for someone :)
