What a fantastic company to deal with. Really quick to respond and sort out issues. I ordered the wrong size jacket, returned it on Monday and got the replacement Wednesday!

What a find this Company is
What a find this Company is! Ordered winter gloves ,great fit and quality,so much so I ordered the grand tour jacket which arrived 48 hrs after order,again quality packaging and fantastic kit. Had to send a full zip jersey back as it was too big but hope to get the smaller replacement soon. Well done, oh nearly forgot ,as well as the handwritten notes there was a free pair of socks in the wrapping…..brilliant.Mike

I have got loads of Galibier gear and can’t fault the quality of all the items! Customer service top notch I had to change a few items due to sizing but all dealt with very quickly! I accurately feel guilty paying so little for such great gear!

Great Experience
Just received my Equipe 2 Aero Bib Shorts and a surprise pair of free socks (thanks!). Bib is excellent quality and looking forward to getting it used. The quality of the socks is amazing too.
Customer service was great when I required information. Used both phone and email. Left a voicemail and got a reply via email same day. Would ignore those saying customer service is poor. You're working with a small family run company and not a global retailer with a huge customer service department.
Will be back soon for some more gear!
Awful customer service
I entered a competition on Galibier's Facebook page to be the first person to guess the winner of the 2024 Strade Bianche. I correctly guessed the winner and was the first person to post this on the chat thread. Expecting to hear from Galibier to say I had won, 24 hours later I saw that they had said someone else was the winner who had posted over 2 hours after my original post.
I contacted Galibier via Facebook Messenger to politely highlight this error and provided timestamped screenshots to show that I had been the first correct post. Anyhow, after several attempts to get a response from Galibier, Suzanne responded to say that "I had left a bad taste in their mouth about the future. I should move on and that their decision is final. They consider it finished and please do not contact them again in future". Second to this, I appear to have now been blocked from the conversation and their page.
This is shocking customer service when I approached them in honesty about what appeared on their part to be a genuine mistake. Having been a loyal customer in the past, I bought multiple items from Galibier over the last few years and have been really pleased with them to the point that I have strongly recommended them to friends. I can categorically say I will never buy anything from them again and will certainly not be recommending them either.
Good products and friendly service
Ordered Galibier's winter gloves which were dispatched the same day. The dispatch confirmation didn't include the tracking info (which would be nice) but I emailed asking for this and got a prompt reply. The product itself is great and they seem like a really nice, friendly company to deal with. Look forward to using them again!
Boil in the bag jacket!
Mistral 5 jacket arrived quickly but actually using it was like wearing a sweaty plastic bag. I wrote to Galibier to pass on my disappointment and was surprised to receive within minutes on a Sunday evening (strange) a very unprofessional email. Basically telling me the jacket is great and I am wrong and asking me to read a ridiculous article explaining sweating in a hot jacket is perfect for cyclists. No chance of a refund if you try the jacket on a ride. Short sighted policy I feel. No more Galibier products for me.
Absolutely brilliant small family business, as it should be
Absolutely brilliant small family business showing some of the other 'big' brands how it should be done. These companies with their bold statements and fancy videos and other marketing blurb just so impersonal and total 🐂 for those with more money than sense , the type who get a personal trainer for a couple of sportives a year, all the gear no idea type. From the free and prompt delivery, free gift, hand written message and quality packaging, I cannot fault the guys. The products seem quality into the bargain , my winter gloves are far better than some double the price, wouldn't be without them. Keep up the good work as will find you guys hard to look past and your prices are very competitive. I'm sure will maybe have a problem with an order in the future, as with everyone, but the plus points far far outweigh any possible negatives. Thanks from one very satisfied buyer.
Poor fulfilment process
Ordered a pair of cycling gloves on Nov 18th. My money was deducted, and received an email saying they ship twice a day 6 days a week using “National Postal Services” (whatever that means). As of today they haven’t arrived. Requested a tracking method, was told “yes” but none arrived. Who sends out parcels and doesn’t provide a tracking method? Galibier clearly. Poor show on fulfilment. Have requested a cancellation if they don’t arrive today, or I am not provided with evidence of where they are today. Will update on response.
Swift delivery and excellent jacket
Swift delivery and excellent, friendly communications when seeking advice on the best jacket for my purposes. The Tempest appears well made, the colour would not be my first choice if I had one, but no great problem. It arrived just two days after ordering and was very nicely packaged, just waiting for a wet day to try it out. Galibier could be my new go to choice in cycle clothing.
Absolutely fantastic
Bought some products off their site. Hesitated at first after the bad reviews here but they were excellent. Great communication, cheap postage with tracking, arrived quickly and above all fantastic products at prices a fraction of the big companies.
Prompt delivery - good range of kit
A friend recommended the Galibier Chronos 7 Speedsuit. Ordered on the Sunday afternoon and arrived first thing Tuesday. Nicely packaged and a friendly handwritten "Ride Safe" note. Clothes fit well although the orange of the baselayer differs from the orange of the speed suit.
Clothing made for good times and hard riding...
The good people at Galibier.cc are definitely on top of their game; they are a genuinely nice crew and most importantly, the kit they sell is the real deal.
I live in New Zealand and every time I see a package from them sitting next to my back door it makes my day. Why? Because the quality and functionality of their clothing is absolutely first-rate, and also because their packages always arrive in record time. These people are extremely good at what they do.
The Galibier Tempest Jacket I just bought is a beautiful example of clothing that is totally fit for purpose; their Thermal Skull Cap is the perfect weight for hammering out a ride on a brisk winter's evening; their "Power of the Bicycle" tee, in this age of 'effing right-wing a-holes who think they can dictate their values to the rest of us, makes a valuable and much needed statement. Get yourself one.

Multiple purchases throughout the last…
Multiple purchases throughout the last few years. I've had 1 issue which was an issue with a glove. They sent out a replacement the same day. I absolutely love their bib shorts and the deepbarrier winter gloves are an absolute steal.
What's happened to Galibier - Edited
The same issue as the reviewer below. I have ordered several items from Galibier over the years and have been very happy with the service and products. I ordered a new jersey but have not received it yet. I have sent several emails and completed their form on the 'contact us' page but I have not had any response. I am going to have to rely on my crdeit card company to refund my money. Sorry Galibier but you won't be receiving any more orders from me.
The jersey arrived this morning. Reason for delay was inadequate postage and Royal Mail handled the item manually. Product seems to be ok, but come on Galibier get your customer service act together.
Oh Dear Galibier Cycling What has become of you!!
I have ordered several items of clothing over the last few years and have been pleased with the jerseys rain jacket etc.
However I ordered a jersey 14 days ago and it has not arrived.
I have emailed the company 4 times in the last 2 days but have had no response.
Very poor service and I shall not be ordering again or recommending this company to my cycling club.

Terrible product, terrible customer service.
Bought a pair of Regale Ultra Optics frameless glasses. The arms to the sunglasses would continually fall off, they're not properly secured to the actual visor. Eventually as could be expected I lost one of the arms. Contacted customer service to see if it was possible to get a replacement arm or repair. They replied as if I needed a garment repair. A stock response showing that they had not even read my email. Two emails later asking if they could replace an arm or sell them separately, and a one word response 'no'. No acknowledgement of the product failure or anything.
