Not reliable and try to act smart
The agency person I was interacting with was Andy and he was very professional when I had started the process. However, the agency's behavior was extremely unprofessional on the tenant's move-in date. The agency did not transfer the deposit and advanced rent to the landlord's account and hence I could not release the keys and agency was so careless that in spite of collecting all the money from the tenant in advance, they did not transfer the funds to the landlord's account. the tenants were so upset as it was not their fault at all. The lady tenant was crying on my driveway because of this huge lapse from the agency. Not sure why the agency was keeping all the money and kept sending stupid emails saying we have your deposit in secure client account etc which is a rubbish excuse. They ruined my weekend, the tenant's weekend, and their own time and what they achieved is criticism.
I would not deal with Gallant Richardson again in near future.
