We have been asked to pay £45.6 extra because the courier Galleon is using could not deliver to our business address due to roadwork. We suggested that they could deliver it to an alternative address which is not far from the business address and were asked to pay £45.6 as it is a different address. We have no control over the roadwork by Thames Water. Amazon had no issues of delivering to our business address despite the roadwork. After rounds of negotiation, we ended up paying £22.8 extra to deliver it to the alternative address. We will have to find alternative suppliers as this is not how you treat your long-term customer.

I have a business in the Arndale Centre.
I ordered a large order then then the delivery driver called me to inform me that he cannot deliver to my business as he is not insured!!! I called the centre and they said they are only insured to deliver to ground floors!! A bit ridiculous if you ask me! something I wouldn't even think to check on the T&C's such a waste of time.

Ordered some Panda soft toilet paper from their on-line company. However only one box out of 4 arrived. Have emailed and am waiting for a reply.
Update. Have since been advised the problem was the delivery company -Tuffnells-who had damaged three of the parcels in oil. Cases resent and arrived today. Have upgraded to 5 stars because of the excellent customer service after problem notified.
