I ordered the J10-PINK/275/4/WC PINK CRYSTAL CHANDELIER on Monday and the chandelier arrived on Thursday! It was well packed and had all the required parts. The directions were decent (I had no problems assembling the chandelier and installing it). It was reasonably priced and is exactly what I wanted. Thank you Gallery74 for a good experience.

We finally found a source for beautiful chandeliers at affordable prices. Our shipment was received well within the promised time frame. And even though some parts were broken, due to careless handling by the carrier i'm sure, customer service handled the complaint in a friendly and helpful manner. Well, i went to your website, found a beautiful small model that was simple but elegant, bought it and had it installed. It looks lovely, simply lovely and I get so many compliments. I did change my heavier material curtains and shower curtains for a lighter lace fabric to finish the look. I couldn't be happier with my purchase - inexpensive and lovely .... Thank You
