Top tier scammers

Top tier scammers. Bought an item, spent 6eu for shipping. Got sent the wrong thing . Had to return it. Of course return site is broken, customer service is sending links to the same broken return site. After days of trying to get in touch, finally got return registered and was told that, it has to come out of my pocket. Great. Spent another 20eu to ship the package internationally. Item worth was 35eu. Their mistake cost me 26eu and who knows if I will ever see that refund. Avoid at all costs.
