Despite their promises, they were not posted until the following week and not tracked.
To this day, a week later they still haven’t arrived.
Poor customer service.
Delivery on time but unfortunately for me , the wrong wick. This was my fault, but there is no guideance on the website as to which is the correct wick, so it is hit and miss.
The initial purchase was easy and clearly defined and I received the item quickly. However no instruction came with the item stating it’s safe use or any direction at all.
The item looks of great quality but as stated safe use instructions could also have been added.
5⭐️ customer service, Mat was very helpful when the delivery company did not deliver item and resent the item for me by royal mail 😀
