I appreciate the interaction that I had with the store. I ordered a set of wheels Shimano RS171 and 2 tyre GP 5000. They has the best price. The service was fast and all was good. They arrived quickly, in my country. The web request was answered rapidly and solved.

I never get my parcel in my hand. I've chosen UPS thinking that it was the most secure option but no UPS spot in my city. UPS doesn't let me change the address because Gambacicli doesn't enable to change the address for my parcel. After several mails to Gambacicli explaining the situation and asking them to ebable the option, I never received an answer.
So the experience was very dissapointed and I finally decide to return the parcel to them because the only option I had was to go 250km to get my parcel!!!

SENT DIFFERENT MODEL/VERSION, WANT ME TO COVER ALL COSTS. THESE ARE NOT GOOD PEOPLE. BE CAREFUL AS IF THEY SEND YOU THE WRONG ITEM (THEIR FAULT!) THEY WILL MAKE YOU PAY FOR IT!! THEY SENT ME A MODEL OF THE TOOL DIFFERENT FROM THE ONE THEY ADVERTISED. I specifically wanted the model I ordered and bought it because what they had on their website. They sent me a different model/version (same tool but different model). Packaging also was bad, a thin plastic bag that arrived broken and the outer case scratched. Very slow to come back/reply and dismissive. Their position is that it is my problem and that they sent the ‘tool’. I am now looking into options but this will probably cost me a significant amount of money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR WEBSITE. I hope there is some ‘justice’ and they also lose money by people not buying from their website for their behaviour and bad business practise. (NOTE: they do have really good reviews overall, reason why i bought from them, so it could be the case that face to face they are good and it is their website department who are to blame). There are other good businesses out there selling the same equipment, do yourself a favour and order from a good and decent business and not form these people.

Good prices, good communication, very prompt shipping times to USA. The Continental GP5000 AS TR tires are in original manufacturer packages, but the Shimano XT-M8000 cassette is just in unmarked bag, as are the 2 Ultegra/XT 701S chains; Those make me at least wonder if they are legitimate Shimano chains or possible knock-offs, which I've been burned by with some other sellers. I hope Gambicicli sent me the genuine items. Time will tell.

Great group, very accommodating on order of a road groupset with delivery to the United States. They offered a split shipment that keeps each shipment under de minimis tariff amount. Additionally, they swapped chainrings to the desired configuration. Everything was well communicated, orders were delivery quickly, and they answered all of my questions within a day.

Everything worked as expected. The parcel was dispatched fast. International delivery took a few days, but definitely within the advertised time range. Will buy again.
