Fraud and SCAM, They're selling stolen keys under the guise of "lootboxes". So you don't get what you thought you buy and even if you accept their another key it's stolen. Nice way to get your account banned.

Awful company and a complete rip off. I ordered several games and a switch console in June and they never arrived. It’s now September and I am still waiting for my refund after several complaints sent to the company. Same answer each time: sorry we are looking into this!!

For all the gamers out their adult on young children’s that love to play games can come these game stop.

I bought a steam card from GameStop. Neither GameStop or steam will honor my gift card. It had already been used. I would not suggest using game stop or steam for gift cards.

Amazing Gameplay

I will not be buying anything online from GameStop ever again. Worst experience by far. Ordered an xbox series S via in the store to be shipped to my house and never got delivered. If they were actually a good customer service based company they would take a small loss since they make so much and replace my console but clearly they aren’t worth anything so I will not be shopping there again.

I went to the Plymouth ma gamestop with my 8 year old friday to get him a new game for his switch. After looking through the games for a while he couldn't decide between 2 mario games. Odyssey or 3D worlds. So I told him to ask the guy who works there and was walking by. My boy asked him which one was better. He gave a very good synopsis of what each one was like and then said which one he likes better. My son actually picked the other one based on the guys description of the gameplay. As always super helpful and friendly service. Knowledgeable about the products. My son has been enjoying his new game. Thanks gamestop.

They got same day shipping by hiring ride service delivery!! Completely blew me away.

Btw some of these negative reviews could be by people who gambled that the stock price will fall lol. I mean look at the ratings, seems none of them had a “mildly bad” experience. They all had the worst possible “experience” that brought the stars down, coincidence?
