Pointless waste of time with a buggy reward system.

I often didn't get crystal rewards despite fulfilling the requirements for offers, and even after contacting them for the payout, they wouldn't give the correct amount. I was able to trade in crystals for an amazon gift card, but the whole process was very time consuming and way too troublesome. The short quizzes start off easy, but the last question is always near impossible to answer, so after spending 20 minutes on the quiz, you don't get rewards because of the final trick question. It's all just a huge waste of time and not worth the payout.

The quests and surveys actually pay out, and quickly at that. No problems redeeming a reward, got it sent to my email within 5 minutes. Keep up the good work!
