Sorry to hear you are having issues, these sound like issues with the GameGuru engine that may require the attention of GameGuru developers or possibly the artist for the assets you have purchased if something has broken the assets which can happen when GameGuru is updated.
We are only the marketplace for the artists to sell media and as such cannot help fix bugs with the game engine or how assets work within it as that would be down GameGuru developers. However if you need additional support you can contact us at support@tgcstore.net and we can direct you to the best place to fix issues.

i say three reluctantly.
i say three reluctantly. i want to like it more. how ever there seems to be a
lack in decent and usable character's and enemies and weapons.
all the really neat art peace's seem to be nearly hidden and or
not displayed in the store its self. this very well could be on me.
im not the best with software and programs ect.
there seems to be almost nothing for horror besides the same zombies.
no ghouls ,no well made vampires, monsters, demons. living Gargoyles.
the like.
generic Character models.as far as fantasy such as knights and castles
and dragons, the knight given by Game Guru moves.. how do i say it nicely
not good.. as far a base model those things are fine but to deepen ones
projects there should an easier more convenient Alternative.
all that being said there is a lot of really neat and well made items in the store.
More Gun's, Swords, Armor, Items, Character Build and Customization.

The store is fantastic! An amazing selection of items and some are a really great price. We find the scripts are so useful too. A bonus is being able to get some free items each month. There are so many talented creators on the store and we at Grenadeware are happy we can give them some financial support after all of their hard work - creating 3D items is not easy and takes a lot of time.
